Good for getting experience in the field

Cons of working at Cedars Youth Services

Chaotic environment with very little support from management and coworkers, no breaks even after supervisors say they will make an effort to cover for this, cliquey coworkers and preferential treatment of some clients over others, inconsistent following rules
