What We're Looking For - Qualifications and Skills: A high school diploma or equivalent. Minimum two years' experience with proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries. Operations experience in a leadership capacity. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using phones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems. What You'll Do - Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding Company performance standards. Coach, lead, and develop all team members to build new business and increase store growth by demonstrating knowledge of and training on systems, Company standards, account management, recovery (collections), job duties, and performance reports. Lead the charge for all team members to identify local marketing strategies, use business-to-business partnership opportunities, obtain referrals, host and participate in community and in-store events to steer growth and build revenue. Examine, evaluate, and process loan/pawn applications and all relevant transactions, and assess risk within established limits. Supervise and maintain office security including cash management and loss prevention by verifying and documenting cash overages/shortages, vault, inventory, deposits, and expenses. Develop work schedules in accordance with budget, workloads, and store needs. Ensure the store is staffed for optimal performance. Handle complex customer situations that arise with integrity and professionalism. Monitor and maintain internal and external store appearance and address basic facility needs, including scheduling maintenance services. This includes overseeing the store planogram and ensuring seasonal and/or promotional marketing material are displayed properly. Perform duties outside of the office, when applicable, including on site vehicle appraisals, store errands, and external marketing. Work efficiently in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment and handle multiple challenging tasks with ease to meet individual and team performance standards. Conduct additional tasks as directed by leadership. Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends.     We are looking for Jail Officers! This classification aims to provide and maintain security, safety, care, and control of offenders, detention facilities, and facility equipment. Responsibilities Supervises and controls offenders within the institution. Maintains security of institution and grounds, including observing and searching for contraband. Supervises offender activities. Assists in dispensing medication to offenders. Settles disputes between offenders. Assists in offender counts. Checks doors for security; inspects for unusual, illegal, or unsafe activity and emergencies. Conducts shakedowns to seize contraband material and weapons. Assists in processing offenders in and out. Directs work of trustees; operates lock systems. Takes custody of new offender arrivals, escorts offenders to various parts of the jail facility, conducts GCIC/NCIC checks on arrestees, inputs data, and retrieves intelligence information from the computer system. Ensure each offender has appropriate bedding, linen, personal hygiene items, food, and sanitation. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Must possess a valid driver's license. Must be at least 18 years of age Must have no state or federal convictions punishable by imprisonment in federal or state prisons, and no misdemeanor convictions sufficient to establish a pattern of disregard for the law. Must have no convictions of Family Violence Crimes. Must attain and maintain P.O.S.T. Basic Jail Officer Certification within six (6) months of hire.
