Terry Kellogg was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama in 2010. He joined the organization in 1982 as Vice President & Chief Actuary. He has also served as its Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and President & Chief Operating Officer. A member of United Way’s Executive Committee for over eight years, Kellogg has served as Chairman of the Audit Committee and as board Treasurer. He and his wife Laura are members of United Way’s Tocqueville Society. Kellogg received his Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from the University of Kansas. He currently serves on the boards of the Birmingham Business Alliance and the Greater Alabama Council- Boy Scouts of America. He is Past Chairman of the Business Council of Alabama . Professionally, he is a member of the American Academy of Actuaries and a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.

As president of Esurance from 2015 to 2020, he led the profitability turnaround while continuing the impressive growth of Allstate’s $2 billion stand-alone subsidiary. In 2020, Jonathan became General Manager of Allstate Direct, as Allstate shifted to use the Esurance people and capabilities to drive even stronger growth in the direct channel by leveraging the Allstate brand.

Bill has been a senior-level manager in the managed care industry since 1993, including positions at Oxford Health Plans and HCA. Before founding HPOne in 2006, he was Senior Vice President for Health Net of the Northeast, a subsidiary of Health Net, Inc. (NYSE: HNT). While there, he was responsible for managing the New Jersey and Connecticut Medicaid programs. Bill earned his CPA at KPMG Peat Marwick in Boston. He also holds a BA from Holy Cross College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
