Duties & Responsibilities:
* Analyze and integrate national security interests, including military and political developments relevant to SOF mission areas.
* Support operational planning and provide analysis on strategic/theater changes impacting defense/SOF operations.
* Provide fused intelligence bridging geospatial and socio-cultural analysis for planning and operations.
* Research and respond to RFIs by producing finished intelligence products (studies, desk notes, PowerPoint briefings, highlights, bulletins).
* Conduct in-depth classified and unclassified research in support of PAS requirements.
* Collaborate with internal and external POCs to ensure research efforts are comprehensive.
* Identify information gaps and develop SDRs or find alternate information sources.
* HQ SOCOM analysts will produce 12 products per quarter, including near- and mid-term assessments.
* TSOC PAS analysts will assist in producing at least six products per year and support geospatial and SCA analysts with research.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
* 5 years of all-source intelligence experience in IC or DoD, including writing and briefing for IC/DoD customers.
* Bachelor's degree in a national security or related field OR 8 years of total IC/DoD experience, including writing and briefing.
* 4 years of IC/DoD experience in relevant AORs.
* 2 years working in multi-skilled teams collaborating on intelligence analysis.
* 1 year of ArcGIS experience.
* 5 years of experience using all-source IC tools (Trident, TAC, etc.).
* Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
* Valid U.S. Passport.

The purpose of the Child Welfare Case Manager is to provide full wrap around case management services to LSF clients and families while establishing a relationship with them and living the agency's core values.
Essential Functions:
Accept all cases assigned by unit supervisor and meet with children in their primary residence within 2 working days of ITR staffing and with identified parents in sufficient time to complete a Family Assessment within 15 working days of ITR staffing.
Negotiate and develop a case plan based on identified strengths and needs of the family, the circumstances bringing the family into care, recommendations provided by the Comprehensive Behavioral Health Assessment and other relevant data. This plan is to be created in collaboration with the parents, Guardian Ad Litem, foster parents and other pertinent parties with the goal of reunification or other permanency for the child.
Visits the child in their primary residence according to required frequency, but no less than once every 25 days. At least one visit each quarter is to be unannounced.
Accurately document all case activities in the Florida Safe Families Network database within 48 hours. Maintain the physical case file in chronological order, by subject, in accordance with the standardized case file format.
Submit service requests to the lead agency Utilization Management Department and provide clients with timely referrals to services. Develop and maintain knowledge of community resources, program eligibility requirements, key contact persons, emergency procedures, and waiting lists of available resources. Maintain regular contact with service providers and document service progress in FSFN.
Complete and submit court documentation within in required time frames. Prepare for, attend, and participate in all court activities as necessary

SAP ISU Functional Analyst

· We are seeking an experienced SAP ISU Functional Analyst to support the Project XD Data Migration workstream.
· The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of migrated data through manual validation, report development, and testing processes.
· This role requires strong functional knowledge of SAP ISU and experience in data migration and testing activities.
Responsibilities:
· Support the Project XD Data Migration workstream, ensuring smooth and accurate migration of SAP ISU data.
· Identify data discrepancies, document issues, and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
· Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure data integrity throughout the migration lifecycle.
· Support testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for migrated data.
· Provide insights and recommendations to improve data quality and migration processes.
Experience:
· Strong functional knowledge of SAP ISU (Industry Solution Utilities) modules, especially customer master, billing, and contract accounts.
· Experience supporting data migration projects, including data validation, testing, and reporting.
· Ability to create, read, and analyze SAP reports to validate data accuracy.
· Experience training or mentoring testers and end-users.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
Skills:
· Train manual data validation testers on SAP ISU data structures, migration processes, and validation techniques.
· Design, build, and run reports and queries to validate that data is converted completely and accurately during mock and final conversions.
Education:
· Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
