Detailed Description
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, providing consultation and support to management and employees.
* Act as a strategic partner to the site's management team, providing advice, counsel, and direction on business issues that impact employees and organizational effectiveness. You will also provide coaching to managers and supervisors on performance development and corrective action.
* Promote and guide the performance management program.
* Ensure consistent application of all company policies and procedures related to recruitment, compensation & benefits, rewards and recognition, and talent development. You will also manage the rollout of corporate HR programs, such as compensation and benefits policies, performance management & development, and employee surveys.
* Conduct internal investigations into employee misconduct, including gathering evidence, interviewing involved parties, and consulting with legal counsel. You'll make recommendations and thoroughly document your findings.
* Partner with leadership to implement organizational changes. You'll also conduct ongoing assessments of skill competencies, knowledge, and talent needs.
* Partner with Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment activities within the region, including full-cycle hiring support and maintenance of recruitment channels.
* Conduct new hire orientation and new hire first day paperwork (including I-9 administration).
* Acts as the first point of contact for business partners, managers, and employees seeking advice and counsel on all workforce matters.
* Ensures compliance to corporate policies, governmental regulations, and laws.
* Keeps abreast of legislative decisions, changes in federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations to limit legal exposure and liability.
* Acts as an ambassador of corporate culture, assisting HQ in implementing cultural initiatives and team-building activities to strengthen team cohesion.

* Responsible for humanresource management and labor relationsissues within a site. This includes overall union-management relations, and negotiating and implementing local agreements.
* Provides advice, counsel, direction and training to the management team and managers on any business issue that has employee or organizational impact on company personnel practices, procedures, and initiatives, including interpreting the intent and meaning of the contractual obligations with the Union.
* Represents the company as Bargaining Agent at local labor negotiations.
* Develops local bargaining strategy and prepares company positions and responses.
* Works directly with companys attorneys in preparation of arbitration and/or afffirmative action cases.
* Ensures consistent application of policies and procedures for recruiting, rewarding, retaining, recognizing and developing people within a site.

What a typical day looks like:
Assists in auditing data for accuracy and preparing summary reports, spreadsheets, graphics and charts based on the research of data.

Collects, compiles, and presents various types of data.
Prepares summary reports, spreadsheets, and charts based on research of data from multiple sources, which may include but will not be limited to customer bills of material reports, staff metrics, PPV metrics, and PPV form tracking.
May create and/or maintain databases in help of data collection.
Audits data. Resolves data integrity issues, including but not limited to quotations.

Job Title: Lead HRIS Analyst
Current Need:
The Lead HRIS Analyst will be responsible for Workday HCM configurations, upgrades, security, and support. Consults with stakeholders to understand the structure, policies, and operations of the organization and recommends Workday solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. Key Responsibilities:
