Detailed Description In this role you wil be performing tasks such as, but not limited to, the following: * Plan, organize, control and execute a production schedule for a designated product or products including program coordination. * Develop production schedules based on actual and forecasted customer demand, product demand profiles and knowledge of the customer. * Analyze inputs (e.g., capacity, board cycle times, urgency of request, material availability, etc.) to help determine schedule. * Review & analyze internal impact (e.g., line scheduling, procurement, logistics, shipping, etc.) of customer scheduling. * Ensure quality and integrity of information used to generate materials requirements plan. * Revise plans as required based on analysis of actuals versus plan. * Manage issues associated with engineering changes to ensure minimal cost exposure, excess materials and risk to customer shipment. * Participate in the introduction of new products and supports the transfer/de-transfer of existing products through planning and analyzing of common and unique materials in support of project deadlines. * Communicate information on materials availability to support build plans throughout the product life cycle. * Maintain knowledge of customer volume fluctuations and determines the materials required. * Provide information to procurement on demand variances. * Develop and communicates short- and long-term commitments to customers to ship products. * Coordinate necessary resources to meet shipment commitments. * Review and report on aggregate levels of product inventory, inventory exposure, backlog, availability and on-time delivery. * Develop recovery plans if missed shipments occur. * Lead continuous improvement of planning processes. * Facilitate development of processes and best practice models for outbound order fulfillment. * Provide leadership and support to employees of NAOF. * Make decisions surrounding workload allocation and hiring practices. * Provide expert role to other sites and other departments for North American Order Fulfillment models and practices. * Provide training, guidance and may assign work to less experienced employees. Knowledge/Skills/Competencies * Basic knowledge of an electronic manufacturing environment, materials and processes. * Some knowledge of production planning fundamentals, scheduling, materials requirements planning techniques and manufacturing control systems * Basic knowledge of purchasing principles, techniques and philosophies. * Knowledge of basic computer applications such as WORD, Excel, PowerPoint and multiple business applications. * Ability to understand the needs of the customers. * Good analytical and statistical skills. * Capability to plan strategically for the coordinated build and delivery of one or several products. * A juggler with the ability to multi task while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy and working under tight time deadlines. * Evaluate, prioritize and problem solve a variety of tasks to ensure their timely and accurate completion. * Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will have experience with SaaS billing and will have a continuous improvement mindset that will assist in driving system and process improvements to further automate and find efficiencies. **Key Responsibilities:** **Billing Operations** + Generate and send accurate invoices daily based on contractual terms; invoices include the following components: SaaS subscriptions and bundles, professional services, on-premise software, annual maintenance, and 3 rd party items. + Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and other cross-functional groups to solve problems, address inquiries, and provide data to assist in decision making. + Maintain billing records and customer information in financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce). + Process returns and credit memos as needed. + Assist in other projects such as internal and external audits, testing and maintaining internal SOX controls, billing and revenue reporting, and more. **Renewals Management** + Proactively manage contract renewals, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of customer annual renewal quotes and invoices. + Track renewal metrics to verify completeness of renewals and ensure revenue optimization. **Process Improvement** + Identify and implement process improvements and automation enhancements in invoicing function. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline quote-to-cash processes to drive efficiencies and minimize errors. + Demonstrate a commitment to learning, continuous improvement, and driving operational excellence + Maintain workflow process documentation and standard work. **Customer Communication** + Serve as a primary point of contact for billing and renewal-related questions. + Monitor and promptly resolve incoming customer inquiries (cases in Salesforce) + Communicate with customers in a clear, concise, and professional manner. **Required Qualifications:** _Education & Experience_ + Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field. + 2+ years of experience in billing and customer operations in a SaaS environment. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Strong attention to detail and experience with high transaction volume. **Other Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:** + Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS company. + Proficient in NetSuite.
