Jan Arendtsz is a veteran of the software industry with more than 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, product development, and customer success. He founded Celigo with the goal of simplifying how companies integrate business applications together for a connected enterprise. He is responsible for overseeing all company operations.

Prior to Celigo, Jan was a Director at NetSuite, the leading cloud-based ERP platform, where he launched their integration platform. Prior to that, Jan worked for Cambridge Technology Partners, where he implemented complex business solutions for a multitude of customers ranging from Internet startups to Fortune 500 companies.

Jan holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin.

Shane Kent is a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Celigo and is based in Greater Philadelphia Area. He has worked as Vice President Sales - East at Talend, RVP Back Office Sales US & Canada at VERINT SYSTEMS INC, and Vice President Customer Success - Services Sales at VERINT SYSTEMS INC. Shane studied at Villanova University between 1985 and 1989 and Drexel University between 1990 and 1991.

John Bruggeman is Celigo’s Chief Marketing Officer and heads Celigo’s entire Marketing organization. John has a long track record of leading marketing teams at companies of all sizes that leverage the inflection point to experience explosive growth.

Most recently, as CMO of Nauto, John productized and launched the company’s initial platform product, including packaging, pricing, sales enablement, and demand generation, leading to the acquisition of two of the five largest fleet customers in the world. He envisioned and executed Account Based Marketing programs, including advertising, social media, and email campaigns.

While at Mercury Interactive, Wind River, and Cadence Design, he created categories to capture market leadership. At each of those companies, John’s marketing teams partnered closely with Product and Sales to double the average selling price and revenue in the first 18 months. He has also been the CEO of Traxpay and Lunera.

On the personal side, John was born in, and has emotionally never left, the Silicon Valley (even though he lived in NYC for five years). John has a wife of almost 30 years and three college-aged children. Outside of work, he enjoys CrossFit and will challenge any of the Celigo family to a pull-ups contest.

As CFO for the last twenty years, I have enjoyed working with mid to late stage venture backed growth companies, founders, executives, CEOs and boards, to build compelling and scalable technology and SaaS businesses. With extensive experience navigating these varying perspectives, I enjoy the challenges in building consensus and executing for growth. By embracing a high level of transparency with management and employees, I instill trust, confidence and loyalty. I am detailed and hands on, with a broad range of experience developing and scaling go-to-market, segmentation, pricing, verticalization, infrastructure, fundraising and planning.



I have been successful building high execution teams of up to thirty plus in accounting, treasury, financial planning, legal, risk, human resources, IT, facilities, customer support and customer success management.
