Position Description:
The Recruiter is responsible for all external candidates, from recruitment to retention, to end of the assignment (the entire life cycle of the candidate's placement cycle). This includes: (a) finding and selecting quality candidates; (b) placing candidates in appropriate roles for external contracts; (c) managing any issues the candidate may have with their placement (or that the client may have with the candidate).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Source potential qualified candidates, including identifying, screening and selecting candidates through various candidate sources, including job boards
· Assess and select candidates that meet client needs
· Determine wage rates for candidates within client contractual guidelines
· Remove poor performing candidates from assignments (or effectively recommend such removal)
· Resolve any issues between candidates and client, including escalation of issues as needed to appropriate client and Cell Staff leadership
· Retain successful candidates by positive interactions/contact through phone, email, texting software, social media, etc., among other things
· Consistently manage relationship from the beginning of the recruitment process throughout the candidate's assignment
· Work closely with Account Managers/Recruitment Manager to maintain a viable candidate pipeline
· Coordinate the submittal of candidate's time records
· Uphold and exceed recruitment quotas
· Display effective teamwork with co-workers while assisting others in the workplace
· Demonstrate professionalism in areas of answering phones, greeting staff, and meeting potential clients
Required Education:
· Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology or similar discipline OR Equivalent Experience (4 or more years of experience in the field)

Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a PCU telemetry position requiring EPIC experience and a current FL or compact RN license.
Responsibilities
Work in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) of a hospital setting
Provides care for telemetry patients with a 1:5 nurse-patient ratio
Night shift schedule with 3x12 hour shifts (19:00-07:00)
Requires every other weekend or a total of 6 weekend shifts per 6-week period, determined by unit needs
No on-call responsibilities
Floating required to other PCU units or locations within the health system
Uses EPIC EMR; experience required
Primary responsibility is caring for PCU patients requiring telemetry monitoring
Floating may include assignments at Cape Canaveral, Holmes Regional, Palm Bay, or Viera locations
Any color scrubs allowed, but tops and bottoms must match; no logos or prints
Free parking is provided with a decal at orientation
Timekeeping is managed via Kronos with badge swipe
Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travelers
Requirements
Active FL or compact RN license required at time of consideration
Minimum 1 year of PCU or telemetry RN experience required
Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
EPIC EMR experience required
First-time travelers are not accepted
Must provide two professional references from authority figures within the past year
Flu vaccine required between 10/31 and 3/31, with medical or religious exemptions accepted
Candidates must have a one-year gap since any previous contracted employment with the health system
