Monitoring consolidated financial statements (200 companies and 6 countries), in conjunction with group auditors.

- Managing teams in France and also International :

- Supervising over 600 collaborators including 18 directly

- Functional reporting of CFO’s group companies and hierarchically CFO’s countries.

- Guidance of the banking pool, in compliance with domestic and foreign bank schedules

- Competitive tender process (for the first time) for credit cards fees

- Negotiated interest rate of 0.27% versus original 0.38%

- Optimizing treasury, cash pooling (ZBA) for all 64 group factories
