A lot hours
To many stupid rules
You can get other positions in the company
Colleagues were great. Building materials is a fairly stable industry.
Leadership (Presidents,VPs, and directors, is disconnected, not personable, and only motivated by numbers. Employees are not a factor for them - so engagement and overall working experience can be difficult.
Learning opportunities are all around, but also people you work with are open to teach
It’s culture is weak and old fashion, there is the a seed of innovation but a lot of work to do to change their old
Stable job , solid pay , great benefits
hours can fluctuate, and shift changes depending on time of year

Great environment
Nothing at all. Union dues were fair also.
