Titan Florida, LLC has an immediate opening for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for our Pennsuco Cement Plant in Medley, FL. This salary exempt position is assigned to the Electrical Department and will report directly to the Electrical Maintenance Manager. The individual in this position will be responsible for supporting reliable operation of the plant electrical and automation systems while helping to keep maintenance and repair costs at a minimum. Job Responsibilities Maintain and promote strict adherence to all safety rules, regulations, and company policies. Provide maintenance engineering support to the electrical team. Help develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for new and existing equipment. Integrate maintenance tasks required for new equipment and installations into existing maintenance plans. The primary function of this position is to Lead the Account Payable Clerk team and assist with processing invoices, prepare checks for payment, and maintain proper control of all areas of the payable group within company guidelines. This requires broad knowledge and understanding of various accounting and finance functions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Responsibilities * Verify receipt, price and quantity of all products and services received; code and input outstanding invoices into systems (DataStream & SAP) for payment; and verify computer batch reports for input accuracy. * Reconcile statements, handle vendor concerns, and maintain files for all accounts. * Proof, correct, and post all invoices entered directly into payables systems. * Review vendor statements for past-due invoices and/or credits and follow up as necessary. * Generate various spreadsheets and reports for month/year end. * Match checks with invoices and prepare for mailing. * Maintain working relationships with internal and external contacts. * Evaluate compliance of vendor agreements and reconcile all dispute notifications from vendors against existing agreements. * Serve as a backup to other Accounts Payable Clerk in their absence. The primary function of this position is to analyze transportation costs, identify discrepancies, and work closely with carriers and internal teams to resolve issues. Responsibilities * Verify and audit freight invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual terms. * Identify, investigate and resolve discrepancies, such as incorrect rates, missing discounts, or unauthorized charges. * Review both accounting and logistic processes to ensure that carrier invoices are processed smoothly. * Communicate effectively to negotiate settlements and ensure corrections are made promptly. * Verify receipt, price and quantity of all products and services received; code and input outstanding invoices into SAP for payment; and verify computer batch reports for input accuracy. * Obtain quotes for external bulk and packaged Cement, Aggregate, Fly Ash, and Block and submit to Transportation Manager for approval. * Upload approved rates into SAP. * Closely collaborate with the administrative team to ensure that new contracts are set up in SAP. * Upload weekly and monthly fuel expenses into SAP. * Continuously review audit processes to streamline and enhance operational efficiency for billing and audit workflows, optimizing accuracy. * Act as a carrier point of contact for freight billing inquiries and issues.
