Reviews project scopes with the Foreman and plans execution of the project to ensure timely delivery Ensures installations meet project scope, NEC, and ETI standards for code and quality Follows all material planning, ordering, usage and inventory procedures to ensure the efficient acquisition and use of project materials Follows all tool check-out/check-in procedures and ensures company-owned tools are properly accounted for and lost tools are reported per policy Follows all safety rules and alerts a Foreman if safety hazards are identified that the Mechanic can't correct immediately Completes all project reports and paperwork as Accurately records time in the company's time tracking system QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. PPE such as hard hats, safety glasses and work boots are typically required. WORK HOURS The work hours for this position are typically 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with a 30-minute lunch break, but may vary based on client need and project schedule. Any changes in schedule will be announced by a Foreman Overtime and weekend work may be required during busy periods. DRESS CODE Shirts must have a minimum of 6" sleeves and must be of full length. Long pants are required except in rare cases where shorts are approved. Pants must be appropriate for a construction site, be clean and neat with no holes. Sweat pants are not allowed. Undergarments should not be seen. Work boots are required. Safety shoes are recommended and may be required on some jobs. Tennis shoes, sneakers, soft-soled or worn-out shoes are not allowed. Apparel may not contain offensive language or images.
