We are looking for a skilled and motivated Loader Operator to join our Ready-Mix Concrete team in Mangonia, FL. This is an hourly position reporting directly to the Plant Supervisor. The primary responsibility of this position is to safely load material from stockpiles and maintain the plant/yard appropriately. Responsibilities Job Duties: * Safely operate the site Loader in moving materials, and ensuring materials are properly stored. * Ensure all irrigation systems are operable & appropriately hydrating the various aggregates. * Ensure plant/yard housekeeping is appropriate to include shoveling, sweeping, and washing down the yard frequently. * Ensure all appropriate EPA guidelines are followed and yard up to appropriate regulatory standards. * Assist Plant Supervisor with monthly inventory. * With direction from Plant Supervisor, coordinate the traffic flow of the yard. * Ensure haulers are placing materials in appropriate areas. * Ensure haulers are rendering tickets in the batch house. * Must be able to travel within the delivery area to other plant locations. * Ability to safely offload rail cars. * Ensure plant bins are fully loaded with appropriate materials during batching hours of operation. * Properly maintain the loader, i.e., grease all fittings, keep fuel level full, perform daily mechanical inspections, and report issues. * Ability to perform other duties as required. Titan Florida, LLC. has an opening for a Heavy Equipment Operator for the Corkscrew Mine in Estero, FL. This wage non-exempt position will include the operation of excavators, dozers, front-end-loaders, and trucks. The position will report to the Production Supervisor and/or Lead. Responsibilities * Perform an adequate pre-shift inspection of equipment and report any safety hazards and concerns promptly. * Maintain equipment to OEM specifications and in good working order. * Fill out all required documentation and submit to supervision in timely fashion. * Operate bulldozers such as Komatsu D65 and Caterpillar D6 class. Must be able to carry grade. * Operate excavators such as Komatsu PC490 and Caterpillar 349 class. * Operate front end loaders such as Komatsu WA500 and John Deere 844K/904P class. * Operate haul trucks such as Komatsu HM400 or Volvo A45G class. * Perform utility tasks such as shoveling, water hosing, and others as required. * Perform grade work and clearing as directed. * Maintain dragline pad, drill pad, and haul roads. The Utility Operator interfaces, on a daily basis, with the rest of the operations in this location. The employee holding this job must perform the work activities in a correct, accurate and timely fashion due to the fact that every single work activity in our line of business is crucial for the whole operation. The Loader Operator must also clean, maintain and secure all equipment as directed policies, procedures, and operator manuals.
