Cenergistic CEO and leadership

Paula serves as Chief Financial Officer at Cenergistic. She oversees all finance and accounting processes and procedures to improve and maintain the financial health of the organization. She has 26 years of accounting experience. Prior to joining Cenergistic, she spent nine years with McCormack Baron Companies and six years with Baldor Electric.

Paula is a Certified Public Accountant. She earned her MBA from Webster University and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Maryville University.

Jack serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Engineer at Cenergistic with oversight of the product engineering strategy. With 35 years of experience in energy and facility management systems, his vision has helped Cenergistic provide innovative solutions to K-12 districts, universities and municipalities across the nation.

Prior to Cenergistic, Jack served as Area Solutions Development Leader at Honeywell where he was recognized with a Corporate Lifetime Achievement Award for technical excellence for his work in developing complex technical solutions. Jack has two United States patents for the calculations and processes needed to simulate or predict a building’s energy consumption, a third for proactively finding faults in HVAC units and a fourth for analytics that examine smart meter interval data for missed energy conservation opportunities.

These patents form the foundation of the Cenergistic GreenX software platform, enabling clients to reduce energy waste and return operating costs to their budget. Jack holds the following certifications: Professional Engineer, Microsoft Certified Network Engineer, Certified Energy Manager and Certified Building Energy Simulation Analyst. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kennedy Western University and an AS in Electrical Engineering from Hutchinson Community College.

Andy serves as Chief Technical Officer for Cenergistic where he oversees the technical direction and execution for the company. Prior to Cenergistic, Andy has worked in many different sectors ranging from energy trading risk management to general construction technology. Andy brings this range of experience to help lead the development efforts at Cenergistic. Since joining Cenergistic, Andy has managed the development of the Cenergistic GreenX software platform which enables clients to reduce energy waste and return operating costs to their budget.

Tim serves as Chief Marketing Officer at Cenergistic. He is a 30+ year marketing veteran with global marketing expertise that spans virtually all business segments for some of the world’s largest brands. Tim has led the evolution of go-to-market strategies to manage rapidly-changing buying attitudes with emphasis on positioning, branding, messaging, product platforms, innovation, product platform, strategic brand acquisition and has delivered 100+ keynote speeches delivering these insights.

Before joining Cenergistic, Tim served in Chief Marketing Officer and executive management roles for companies, including: IBM Watson Marketing, Mattress Firm, Simmons, and has worked with companies around the world in helping solve their marketing issues including: Amazon, Keurig, McDonalds, TJX, Aeroflot, Fit Bit, Santander, Kellogg’s, Lenovo, multiple municipal governments and Toyota among many others.

At IBM Tim served as Worldwide Chief Marketing Strategist for IBM Watson Marketing, driving their enterprise SaaS software solutions. He was inducted into the IBM Industry Academy as the leader and spokesman for the IBM marketing platforms. Tim holds a certificate from IBM in Quantum Computing and Marketing Platforms. Additionally, Tim holds a BS in Advertising and BS in Marketing from the University of South Carolina and an MBA from the University of Virginia.

Tim is an avid outdoorsman having climbed four of the seven summits and is pursuing a Black belt in Taekwondo.
