As a Representative, you'll provide extraordinary care to our members, partners, plan sponsors and investment professionals. You will understand high-level product/plan and regulatory requirements to analyze and resolve general account, plan fees or plan inquiry questions will be key to success. Key Responsibilities:
Receives and responds to incoming calls from investment professionals, plan sponsors and members on a variety of topics. Understands the different product suites, including current line-up and products no longer sold that still require servicing.
Responsible for interpreting and applying all changes and enhancements to new and old products, based on the daily change communications. Identifies the question(s) behind the question to proactively offer consultative expertise and uncover the unstated need.
Maintains a record of the conversations and follows a process of documentation to support our strategy of knowing our member better than anyone and use the information in a way that drives the relationship deeper.
Follows all rules and regulations to ensure compliance with FINRA or other professional licensure requirements, Nationwide policies, firms, plan documents and state and local laws.
Educates customers to ensure understanding of tax implications, penalties/surrender charges, death benefit protection, lifetime income, capital preservation and/or benefits pertaining to the plan/contract.
Analyzes problems to determine proper course of action, striving for first time final resolution. When necessary, works with internal partners to resolve escalated issues. Integrates lean methodology into daily interactions through problem-solving meetings and team huddles.
Develops and grows through monthly individual meetings with leadership to set in place a career path strategy.
Setting goals and expectations to achieve success in the role as well as future opportunities.
May perform other duties as assigned.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Undergraduate degree in finance, business administration, insurance, economics, communications preferred.
License/Certification/Designation:
ChFC, CLU, other industry designations desirable FINRA series 6 and/or 26 licenses preferred and may be required based on assigned product/line-of-business or distribution system.
Experience:
One year of experience in customer service, sales related occupations.
Knowledge, Skills and Ability:
Knowledge of various insurance products and the sales process.
Solid understanding of the state and local laws necessary to understand the legal implications of certain product features in different states.
Understands the consequences of not following the FINRA rules and regulations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with others. Proficiency with computers and common office software.
Ability to understand general aspects of plan/contract and utilizes technology to enhance conversations with customers.
Other criteria, including leadership skills, competencies and experiences may take precedence.

What You Will Do

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by participating in meetings and presentations and identifying opportunities for long-term partnership.
Collaborate with permitting agencies nationwide to obtain construction permits aligned with project schedules and contractual requirements.
Partner cross-functionally with procurement, scheduling, construction, quality, and commissioning teams to ensure design criteria and requirements are clearly documented and executed.
Maintain engineering and design documentation, including revisions, transmittals, RFIs, submittals, and change requests, using project document control systems such as Procore.

As part of the team, you will be responsible for conducting maintenance, inspections, and repairs on manned and unmanned aircraft systems and components, ensuring that all aircraft are mission-ready and meet applicable legal, contractual and safety performance standards.
Ground & Flight Operations will be conducted at various test sites, with the primary location being located at Fort Huachuca, AZ (Sierra Vista). This position will formally report to the Test & Training Site Lead but will be responsible to multiple stakeholders within/outside of the division. This position will be responsible for developing and managing aviation Ground & Flight Operation Procedures, including the development of maintenance manuals, formal training programs, technology insertion.
As an integral member of the Aviation Operations leadership team, other duties may be assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manned and unmanned aircraft, including airframes, engines, avionics, line-replaceable-units (LRU) and other system components.
Troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective or malfunctioning parts and systems.
Support the development and testing phases of new technologies and configurations.
Conduct inspections of aircraft systems in compliance with regulatory requirements and company safety standards.
Assist in the assembly and disassembly of aircraft for flight tests, demonstrations, and operational missions.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation for all aircraft.
Collaborate with the engineering team to address technical issues and implement solutions during all phases of the aircraft lifecycle.
Ensure all tools and equipment used are in proper working condition and comply with safety standards.
Support operational personnel during pre-flight and post-flight procedures as required.
Responsible for safe and effective daily operations of aircraft maintenance and flight line operations.
Ensure compliance with; flight & ground procedures, training procedures, and standardization & evaluation procedures.
Ensure worksite safety, and completion of digital and paper logbooks, maintenance records, FOD and tool control, Technical Orders, part accounting. Assures timely, accurate records are maintained.
Execute work calendars, support Internal Audits and participate in performance reviews.
Assist in preparing technical reports and briefings for the ADO and engineering/production team.
Maintain access to and requirements for COMSEC access.
Assists in the tracking of consumables, recording MX failures.
Monitors the use of parts and tools and maintains inventories/logs.
Required Knowledge:
Through understanding of all physical aspects of airframe, powerplant, electrical systems, mechanical systems, RF systems, troubleshooting, personnel leadership.
Past history of FAA Flight and Maintenance standards, airworthiness, and safety.
Maintenance Technical Inspector Experience in an operational capacity of aviation mechanics.
Adherence to DCMA procedures and reporting maintenance in logbooks.
Use of maintenance manuals, Technical orders, Compliance Procedures.
FOD control program adherence, execution.

Experience with technical writing, preparation of reports in Adobe.

Digital computer logging of Aviation Maintenance procedures - familiarity with commercial/military requirements for logging and maintaining aircraft.
Understanding MS Windows computer functions and ability to teach others how to navigate digital maintenance resources.
Required Qualifications:
FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification and 7 years' of experience in aviation maintenance operations.
Minimum of 3 years group 3-5 UAS maintenance operations experience.
Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, including engines, avionics, flight controls, and airframes.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Prior leadership experience in an aviation maintenance role.
Knowledge and experience with Aircraft Technical Manuals (General Systems, Job Guides, Fault Isolation, etc.).
Experience installing and maintaining electrical systems.
Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues, read electrical diagrams, schematics, and understand the theory of operation.
Experience with developmental or experimental aircraft is a plus.
Experience with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) precautions and electrical safety measures.
Experience using multimeter, oscilloscope, and like equipment to test electrical systems.
Ability to perform line and site level maintenance and repairs.
Ability to maintain aircraft maintenance logs and configuration.

Physical Work environment:
The position will require working in austere locations with limited access to selective food, shelter provided at worksite.
Ability to work outside for 12 hr. shifts in >100 deg F weather.
