What you'll do here:
* Meet with prospective customers to explore and present digital product solutions in the K12 market.
* Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
* Create and implement strategic territory and business plans.

Skills you will need here:
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

The Trump Kennedy Center strives to design equitable compensation programs. The projected salary range for this position is $70,000 - $75,000, commensurate with experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package. Job Description
The Donor Relations and Hospitality Specialist will serve as a primary point of contact for upper-tier donors before, during, and after performances. This role combines donor relations, hospitality, and relationship-focused sales support to encourage renewals, increase donor engagement, and identify upgrade opportunities. Each Specialist will staff donor lounges during performance nights and donor-focused events, ensuring a consistent, trained, and professional presence that aligns with donor expectations. These positions support Development by providing proactive outreach, personalized communication, and in-person hospitality that reinforces loyalty and long-term giving.
Key Responsibilities
Donor Communication and Sales Support
* Conduct proactive outreach including renewal reminders, benefit education, birthday calls, and performance invitations.
* Provide support with benefit access, ticketing questions, and membership-related concerns.
* Apply relationship-based sales techniques to encourage timely renewals and identify opportunities for giving upgrades.
* Maintain detailed notes on donor preferences, engagement history, and previous interactions.
In-Building Donor Hospitality and Lounge Hosting
* Staff all Circles lounges and assume responsibility for hosting duties, donor check-in, guest assistance, and in-lounge coordination.
* Provide consistent, polished hospitality in all donor lounges and donor spaces as they reopen or are renamed.
* Ensure each lounge is professionally staffed, service-ready, and reflective of Trump Kennedy Center standards.

Indirect Internal Coordination

ASR territory assignments will align with that of outside Machine Sales Representatives (MSR). The targeted ASR territory responsibility is based on a total market industry opportunity. Today, this targeted industry opportunity is 400-600 new machines. Training for this role will be in Lavergne, TN. Upon completion of training your home store will be the Nashville Briley Parkway location.
Responsibilities

What this role is responsible for:
This role is responsible for sales consultation with Chinese-speaking leads in the US market to convert them to Crimson clients, and maintaining good relationships with clients and partners to generate referral and upsell opportunities.
What success looks like
Sales
Achieving agreed upon monthly sales targets and outcomes
Identifying and interacting with new leads/customers
Conducting sales consultations and academic assessments in a professional manner and that aligns with the Crimson brand and culture.
Presenting, promoting and pitching Crimson products as per the company sales process to prospective customers
Establishing, developing and maintaining positive and professional customer interactions and relationships
Consistent and timely onboarding of new clients to the Education Coordination team as per Crimson's new client onboarding process
Contacting existing clients to inform and upsell them on new developments within Crimson's product offering.
Expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Continuously improving sales techniques and enhancing industry knowledge
Business Development & Lead Generation (when required)
Working with the Local Area and Digital Marketing Teams to develop/enhance lead generation methods by identifying opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in leads and sales
Engaging in outreach activities such as presenting at school talks, careers expos and Crimson seminars
Sourcing potential organizations and markets for lead generation/partnerships
Attending industry events where relevant and provide feedback and information on market trends
Sales Administration
Ensuring that data is diligently and accurately entered/managed within Crimson's Client Relations Management (CRM) system
Participating weekly sales team meetings and reports in an accurate and concise manner
Helping in training of new sales personnel wherever relevant
Maintaining effective communication with the Accounts team to ensure timely payment of accounts
Educating the global sales and marketing team on local market nuances in the education space
Providing feedback and suggestions on how to improve sales processes
Producing reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Experience that would be useful in this role:

Fluency in Mandarin and English
Understanding of the US/UK Undergrad application process

Referral Processing

Maintain organized electronic tracking systems in Teams and SETWorks.
Communicate with referral sources and program staff regarding missing information or updates.
Complete billable logs in SETWorks.
Communication & Front Desk Support
Manage incoming/outgoing mail and perform Post Office runs.
Answer phones, route calls, and greet visitors.
Create flyers and digital materials in Canva for workshops, events, and outreach.
Prepare newsletters and updates through Constant Contact.
Compliance & Administrative Support
Track staff certifications and training requirements.
Support completion and filing of employee evaluations.
Assist with DDD compliance tasks.
Provide SETWorks support, including data entry, reports, and documentation.

As the Sales Consultant in the K-12 market you are expected to travel throughout your assigned territory to visit your current and prospective customers. Conducting in-person sales consultation with faculty, curriculum directors, and administrators. You will develop, and implement, plans to achieve goals.
What You'll Do Here:
* Engage in sales call activities to school districts to explore and present product solutions of both our textbook and digital products.
* Meet or exceed annual sales goals.
* Drive new business to develop growth within the territory.
* Provide accurate forecasting, and sales activity, using company sales tools.
* Participate, when appropriate, in network building opportunities within territory. Including, but not limited to, conferences, group presentations, and industry functions.
Skills You'll Need Here:
Required
* Bachelor's Degree or proven record of consistent sales and goal achievement performance.
* Excellent verbal, written and electronic communication skills.
* Ability to build and implement sales solutions.
* Ability to establish, cultivate and maintain effective working relationship with customers, prospective customers, internal business partners, colleagues and management. Detailed territory management and organizational skills.
* Strong proficiency in the use of business technologies, including PCs, mobile phones w/email and multiple applications, CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Salesforce knowledge is a plus.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
