Great people, positive onboarding experience
Low pay, frequent reorgs & layoffs, industry is rapidly changing and company struggles to keep up. Little to no growth opportunities due to layoffs.
Decent benefits, paid holidays on par with school systems, 401K w/company match.
CEO is approachable and accessible
Invest in the Talent to actually bring the company up to speed and be competitive in the EdTech space. The culture can't and won't improve until the layoffs end and growth begins. Hire more women in the c-suite.

Pay in the industry is consistently below standard, but my pay was low compared to my colleagues. You won't earn a living wage unless you receive a bonus (which is increasingly infrequent).
