The Position:
We are looking for passionate, driven candidates to help solve our client's complex problems and guide them towards operational success. Consultants are responsible for a discrete part of the problem solving on each project. They play an important role on the project teams: performing critical analyses, contributing to final recommendations, and often presenting their work to Censeo and client leadership. Some responsibilities include:
Support all aspects of client engagements from scope definition to delivery
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of data into meaningful insights
Develop knowledge of client issues, needs, and context
Share insights and results in easily digestible manner in both written format and through interactions with team/clients
Demonstrate initiative and effectively manage own time and schedule.

BA/BS required with strong academic background. Advanced degree preferred but not required.

The Location:
Censeo Consulting Group is based in Washington D.C., a fantastic city for working professionals. We work in a hybrid setting with flexibility to work from home and work in our office conveniently located in the heart of downtown, just a few blocks away from the White House. And with many of our clients also based in D.C., we have the luxury of leaving for a meeting and being back in the office in time for post-work happy hours, team dinners, and game nights.
The Fine Print:
The salary range for this role is $87,000 - $111,000
Expected travel 0-10%; may increase based on business needs

BASIC FUNCTION:
The Senior Cybersecurity Engineer is responsible for safeguarding the client information systems, digital assets, and technology infrastructure. This role designs, deploys, and maintains advanced cybersecurity solutions that protect patient data, clinical systems, and enterprise applications. The Senior Cybersecurity Engineer ensures the client's technology environment remains secure, compliant, and resilient against emerging threats.

SUPERVISORY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
This role does not have direct supervisory responsibility but may provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior cybersecurity staff, contractors, and project teams. The Senior Cybersecurity Engineer may lead cross-functional implementation teams and coordinate security initiatives with other IT departments.
NATURE AND SCOPE:
Operating in a fast-paced, high-impact healthcare technology environment, the Senior Cybersecurity Engineer reports to the Senior Director of Cybersecurity and collaborates with colleagues across Technology Services, including Infrastructure, Applications, Network Operations, and Compliance.
Internal contacts include hospital administrators, clinical and research staff, faculty, and IT personnel. External contacts include technology vendors, auditors, and regulatory agencies. The role requires strong analytical skills, proactive threat awareness, and the ability to balance operational needs with strategic security objectives in a mission-critical healthcare setting.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Security Operations & Incident Response
Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts, incidents, and anomalies across hospital systems.
Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and threat-hunting activities to identify and mitigate risks.
Investigate and document security incidents, performing root cause analyses and recommending remediation measures.
Utilize SIEM, EDR, and IDS/IPS platforms (e.g., CrowdStrike, Microsoft Sentinel) to enhance continuous monitoring.

The ideal candidate will have overseen Federal acquisitions with a value of over $500 million and managed programs of similar size and complexity.
Possesses extensive experience in developing and reviewing acquisition and program management documents and best practices.
Extensive experience leading training on acquisition and program management to groups of varying sizes (e.g., 1 to 100); confidence and comfort in delivering key messages and answering questions.
Excellent organizational and detail-oriented working style; with the ability to create executive-level materials, as needed, without any direct oversight.
Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in support of senior government stakeholders. Ability to confidently brief and lead meetings with senior government officials and political appointees.
Willingness to work on business development tasks (i.e., responding to RFPs and RFIs, giving capability presentations, etc.) in addition to client work.
Proficiency in Microsoft suite of programs, as well as Google tools to manage Shared files.
Relevant senior level certifications in Contracting such as Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) and/or Federal Acquisition Certification (FAC-C) are required.
Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred.

Position Summary

Position Summary:
The Aesthetic Consultant serves as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients interested in cosmetic surgery and aesthetic center services. This individual is responsible for managing leads, conducting consultations, providing personalized treatment recommendations, and ensuring a seamless patient experience from inquiry to post-treatment follow-up. The Aesthetic Consultant combines clinical knowledge, sales expertise, and exceptional customer service to help patients achieve their aesthetic goals while supporting the overall growth of the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management & Sales
Serve as the first point of contact for all new patient inquiries (phone, email, web leads, walk-ins).
Qualify and manage leads through the entire sales funnel-from initial inquiry to booking and follow-up.
Maintain and update CRM systems to track leads, consultations, and conversions.
Achieve or exceed monthly conversion goals and revenue targets.
Consultations
Conduct in-person and virtual consultations to assess patient goals and educate them on surgical and non-surgical treatment options.
Collaborate closely with surgeons, injectors, and aestheticians to develop customized treatment plans.
Present pricing, financing options, and pre-/post-procedure information in a professional, empathetic manner.
Support the patient in making confident, informed decisions about their care.
Patient Experience & Retention
Ensure every patient receives an exceptional, concierge-level experience throughout their aesthetic journey.
Follow up post-consultation and post-procedure to ensure satisfaction and encourage retention and referrals.
Maintain strong product and service knowledge to answer questions and promote ongoing treatments and memberships.
Ownership of before & afters including taking the photos, maintenance, and tagging
Collaboration & Operations
Partner with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and promotional performance.
Assist in developing educational and promotional events to attract new clients.
Uphold the practice's standards for confidentiality, professionalism, and compliance with medical regulations.
Qualifications:
Preferred 2-3 years of experience in aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, or luxury medical spa sales/consulting.
Strong understanding of cosmetic surgery procedures, injectables, skincare, and aesthetic center treatments.
Proven track record of achieving sales goals and managing high-volume leads.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems, EMR software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury aesthetic brand.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a plastic surgery practice or medical aesthetics setting.
Certification or training in aesthetic consulting, skincare, or cosmetic product knowledge.
Familiarity with financing platforms such as CareCredit or Patient-Fi.
