Interesting product

Cons of working at Centage

Management is incompetent and makes really poor business decisions. Development team is totally isolated from the rest of the company and cross departmental communication is terrible at best. Overworked and underpaid.

What do you like best about Centage's CEO and the leadership team?

CEO was spineless and out of touch, though he is no longer the CEO, so doesn't really matter, and didn't get to really know the new CEO. So one maybe positive change...

How does your compensation at Centage compare to the industry average?

20% below average and I was taken advantage of, needing to work more often than I should have and do things outside my job responsibilities.

What brings you the most joy at Centage?

Not having incompetent management micro-manage the hell out of everything everyone is doing.
