As CEO, Adam Miller brings more than 20 years of experience in executive health care roles with expertise in strategy, product development, sales, marketing, distribution and operations. Adam’s combined healthcare experience includes Medicaid and Medicare programs, pharmaceutical services, medical devices and health care information technology related businesses.

Based on his intimate understanding of healthcare, Adam launched Centauri Health Solutions, founded to provide an end-to-end solution that combines analytics, technology and services -with a consultative approach.

Previously, Adam served at CVS Caremark as Executive VP of Medicare. He led CVS Caremark’s Medicare Part D businesses that included the company’s PDP (prescription drug plan) insurance companies, PBM (pharmacy benefit management) and related services.

Prior to joining CVS Caremark, Adam’s experience included leading WellCare Health Plans’ Medicare business lines as Senior VP of National Medicare.

Adam formerly held leadership positions at UnitedHealth Group as CEO of their Arizona Medicaid business, where he launched their first integrated Dual Special Needs Plan in Arizona. He also led medical device and healthcare information technology lines of business at GE Medical (now GE Healthcare).

Adam is a graduate of Harvard Business School and the undergraduate program at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Adam is an EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2019 Award winner in the Mountain Desert Region. He was also named a 2018 Most Admired Leader by the Phoenix Business Journal.

Mike McNelis brings deep expertise in corporate strategy and product development, augmented by extensive experience in operations and service delivery.

Prior to helping to launchCentauri, Mike held executive roles at CVS Caremark, most recently as VP of Product Innovation and Business Development. During his tenure at CVS Caremark, he held leadership roles in several areas of the organization, including product development, operations, client service, project management and information technology. During his last nine years at CVS Caremark, he focused on government programs -specifically the development and rollout of several strategic initiatives within Medicare.

Earlier in his career, Mike was with Diamond Technology Partners (now part of PWC) and The Parthenon Group, where he consulted on corporate strategy, specifically the intersection of corporate strategy and technology. As a consultant, he worked within a broad range of industries, including consumer products, telecommunications, business information and publishing.

Mike holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Engineering from Dartmouth College.

Seasoned technology and healthcare leader with twenty eight years of progressive technology and management experience, most recently in the area of M&A, private equity backed, growth oriented platform development. Strong strategy focus, proven ability to execute, ability to attract and retain strong talent, manage cross-functionally, and build teams. Educational background includes degrees in Electrical/Computer Engineering (B.S.) and Biomedical Engineering (M.S.), and graduate studies in Mathematics.

Jeff Jackson brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare operations, business integration and customer relationship management to Centauri Health Solutions with extensive experience in business operations, including managing Medicare and Medicaid programs.

Seasoned corporate finance leader with extensive experience developed in both public and private-equity company settings. Member of executive leadership teams and have worked in partnership with, and for, chief executive officer, Boards of Directors and peer senior executives. Broad industry experience; including: technology, wholesale/distribution, healthcare services/tech, manufacturing and hospitality. Thorough knowledge and experience in accounting, finance, FP&A and business support, as well as, GAAP, acquisitions and divestitures, IPO’s and SEC requirements. Strongly oriented toward operations, business planning & strategy, profit growth and shareholder value creation. Specific experience includes: public company and PE company chief financial officer, strategic planning, mergers & acquisitions, treasury management, tax planning & structure, financial reporting & control, equity & debt offerings, business support (FP&A), risk & insurance and investor relations. Experienced and insightful people leader of large and small teams throughout Americas, Asia and Europe; strong appreciation for cultural diversity.Notable experiences include: successfully taking company public via IPO, with additional capital raises through follow-on offerings and debt raising; execution of over 100 M&A transactions during career (including transactions in North America, Europe, Asia and South America) with acquired company size ranging from several million dollars to several billion dollars; encompassing middle-market rollup/consolidation deals to large strategic multinational transactions, successful sale of public company at substantial premium; PE recapitalization transaction, turnaround and profit/cash flow improvement of poorly performing businesses to achieve returns in excess of cost of capital; creation of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) teams and business intelligence reporting function to ensure appropriate analytical measurement and fact-based decision making; resolution of several inherited SEC matters and legal issues.
