Confers with management and peers to reach consensus on related standards and procedures. • Manage multiple projects and initiatives with minimal guidance or supervision. • Manages and coordinates implementation of proposed solutions. • Communicates clearly and effectively with all levels within the organization and maintains professional working relationships with same. • Able to present to executives and other non-technical resources. • Maintains technical awareness and is positioned to evaluate emerging technologies for applicability to current business plans. • Proficient with the management, support, and maintenance of MS Exchange and Office 365. • Experienced with mergers & acquisitions integration. • Thorough working knowledge and able to troubleshoot all AD, DNS, DHCP, & security related problems in a large multi-domain environment. • Proficient in supporting, monitoring, and maintaining a multiple Windows Domain environment. • Learn quickly and show initiative when needed to implement new technologies and when resolving difficult support issues • Design, engineer, document, and implement distributed enterprise server environments as well as cross training support technicians and the helpdesk on new technologies implemented. • Successfully work with Executives, Project Managers, System Administrators, Network Engineers, Developers, Business Analysts, System Testers, Desktop Support Technicians, and end users in the implementation of small and large IT solutions. • Assist, mentor, and cross train lower tier personnel with Windows troubleshooting, design, engineering, support, and maintenance. • Other duties as assigned by management. Skills & Requirements • Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year College or university; and 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. MSCE certification a plus. • 5+ years experience supporting MS Exchange / O365. 5+ years experience administering Active Directory including domain management and all FISMO roles. • Proficient in performing Exchange/o365 upgrades, migrations, and troubleshooting any mail flow related problem in a Exchange/o365 Hybrid Environment. Proficient with Microsoft Identity Management (MIM) and Azure B2B Identity Management in a multi-tenant environment. Skills: * Deep functional understanding of one or more finance processes: Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Reconciliation, FP&A, and Governance and compliance. * Strong experience in one of the ERP finance platforms such Workday Financials, Oracle, SAP, etc * Ability to translate finance requirements into scalable technology solutions using modern technology stacks such as Data Lake and Cloud Computing * Operational Excellence: Solid understanding of SRE concepts such as SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and experience with tools for monitoring, alerting, and incident response. About the role As an NVH Engineer, you'll be the guardian of peace and quiet in our customers' homes, ensuring our robots operate so they practically disappear into the background of daily life. You'll apply deep acoustic expertise across mechanical, electrical, and software systems to achieve industry-leading noise performance. What you'll do Lead system-level acoustic optimization to achieve industry-leading noise levels of 50-55 dBA during operation Conduct comprehensive NVH testing including sound power measurements, modal analysis, and psychoacoustic evaluation Perform root cause analysis of noise sources using techniques like sound intensity mapping, ODS, and transfer path analysis Design acoustic treatments including damping materials, isolation mounts, and absorption strategies Develop and validate acoustic simulation models using SEA, BEM, or FEM methods for early-stage design optimization Create NVH specifications and cascade requirements to subsystem teams for motors, fans, gears, and structural components Optimize airflow paths and fan designs to minimize aeroacoustic noise while maintaining thermal performance Design vibration isolation systems and tuned mass dampers to reduce structure-borne noise transmission Establish and operate acoustic testing facilities including semi-anechoic chambers and reverberation rooms Work with industrial design team to integrate acoustic solutions without compromising aesthetics or usability What we look for Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Acoustics, or Physics 4+ years of experience in NVH engineering for consumer products, automotive, or appliances Expertise with acoustic measurement equipment including sound level meters, intensity probes, and accelerometers Proficiency in NVH analysis software such as LMS Test.Lab, Brüel & Kjær PULSE, or HEAD acoustics ArtemiS Experience with acoustic simulation tools including COMSOL, Actran, or VA One Strong understanding of acoustics fundamentals including wave propagation, modal analysis, and psychoacoustics Knowledge of vibration isolation principles, damping mechanisms, and acoustic material properties Experience with Design of Experiments (DOE) for systematic noise reduction studies Familiarity with acoustic standards (ISO 3744, IEC 60704) and sound quality metrics (loudness, sharpness, roughness) Track record of achieving aggressive noise targets in shipped consumer products Comfort with fast-paced, startup atmosphere -- you don't shy away from the hard work High level of maturity, ownership, and pride in your work We'd love to hear from you if...
