i love the people i work with and the support i am given
CARD underpays hourly workers. Compensation is not competitive at all for this industry. When clients cancel you just lose hours, and therefore more money.
Awesome clients and families to work with. Watching your clients grow and succeed is the most amazing experience.
Very poor leadership. BTs are treated very poorly and bullied by leadership.
Getting to work with an amazing population of children.
I like that I can directly impact patients lives.
I do not like how the pay is very low but hard work. there are no health benefits. the schedule is constantly varying/ not consistent
I like seeing the improvement we make on the patients lives.
