Dennis Gross
The Patuxent Partnership

Dennis grew up in New York and graduated from Fordham University with a BS in Business Administration. Dennis later attended Columbia University, where he received an MBA in International Business. Early in his career, he spent several years in sales for Western Union Dennis later relocated to Dallas where he became National Sales Manager for telecom giant MCI, (now Sprint). After gaining significant industry experience and knowledge, Dennis decided to strike out on his own and became an entrepreneur. He launched and ran his first successful company in the collection business for the telecommunications industry for over 10 years. The telecommunications industry came calling again and Dennis relocated back to New York where resumed a career in telecom at the corporate level. It was, at GTS, Inc, later Qwest Communications, he first met Fred Kortmann. The pair became fast friends and, eventually, business partners who would go on to form several successful enterprises. Together, Dennis and Fred formed The Parallel Group of Companies; a series of companies that focused on the FINTECH space. The pair combined their talents and knowledge of finance and telecommunications to capitalize in the prepaid financial arena. As CEO, Dennis helped grow the company to the point where they now process well over $100mm in payments annually. In 2014 Dennis and his colleagues were introduced to a group of people developing several patented world-changing nanotechnologies. Seeing the huge potential in this exciting technology Dennis and the group helped shape what is now Amnetic Chasm Energy, Inc. Having spent several million dollars as well as thousands of hours of \'sweat equity\' they are finally ready to launch these technologies onto the world stage. Dennis is an avid golfer and strong believer in giving back to the community and, in his spare time can often be found helping out at several local community organizations in the New York area.
