As a Mammography Technologist, you will operate your assigned machine to produce images of the patient's body for diagnostic purposes. Taking a patient centered approach, you will provide Mammography services within professional standards and with excellent customer service. Each patient comes to our centers looking for answers. You will guide patients through this sometimes-difficult process by kindly talking them through the steps and answering their questions and concerns regarding exam procedures and process. This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday. What you DO Perform high-quality MRI scans in accordance with physician orders and established protocols Prepare and position patients to ensure comfort and safety during procedures Operate MRI equipment and monitor imaging quality for diagnostic accuracy Educate and communicate with patients to reduce anxiety and ensure cooperation Accurately document exams and maintain records in PACS/RIS systems Collaborate with radiologists and team members to support efficient workflow Adhere to all regulatory, safety, and infection control procedures What you BRING ARRT (MR) certification or eligibility required Experience in outpatient MRI setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment Patient-focused mindset and a commitment to quality ABOUT US Diagnostic Imaging Centers of Texas (DICOT) is a growing network of outpatient imaging centers committed to delivering exceptional diagnostic services to patients and their referring providers across Texas.
