As a Field Service Engineer II, you will provide routine preventive and corrective maintenance for diagnostic imaging equipment within professional standards and with excellent customer service. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Performs routine and preventive maintenance and calibrations on diagnostic imaging equipment within recommended guidelines
* Conducts emergency repair for all imaging equipment
* Orders and sources parts
* Performs testing and calibration of imaging equipment on a regular basis
* Troubleshoots diagnostic imaging equipment from a remote site using computer technology
(25%) Documentation & communication
* Documents preventive and corrective maintenance performed and related invoices in maintenance connection
* Completes and submits work log and repair ticket information in a timely manner to support utilization and equipment maintenance management analysis and tracking
* Maintains positive attitude and working relationships with radiologists, vendors, peers and other associates
* Communicates equipment status with radiologists, technologists and vendors as needed
* Participates in scheduled market management meetings, providing updates on all imaging equipment
(5%) Completes other tasks and project as assigned
SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
* Associate's degree in electronic technology
* Minimum of 3 years field service engineer experience (to include additional educational years, if applicable)
* 1 year diagnostic imaging machine repair, or related equipment experience
* Microsoft Office Suite experience
* Valid driver's license and proof of current insurance
WORKING CONDITIONS:
* Requires the use of office equipment, such as computers, fax machines, telephones and copiers
* Requires the ability to see, hear, walk, stand, sit, reach, write, and key
* Requires ability to read type sizes as small as 6 point on films, color copies, or other types of hard copy

As a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and C-arm technologist, you will operate your assigned scanner(s) to produce images of the patient's body for diagnostic purposes. Taking a patient centered approach, you will provide MRI and c-arm services within professional standards and with excellent customer service. Each patient comes to our centers looking for answers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Position Summary:
Regularly performs one or more of the following neurological tests on adult patients (as ordered by a physician).
All technologists are expected to be able to competently and independently complete:
Inpatient and outpatient routine EEGs
Ambulatory EEGs
Continuous video EEG monitoring
Inpatient and outpatient EMGs
Some technologists may also be expected to competently and independently:
Monitor patients on the floor between Epilepsy surgeries.
Set up and assist with cortical STIM studies.
Set-up and monitor patients during WADA procedures.
If trained to do EMG testing, the technologist in this class is responsible for obtaining standard, as well as advanced nerve conduction recordings in the laboratory setting under the direction of an electrodiagnostic medicine consultant. The technologist is responsible for checking and maintaining the instruments they use and keep them in excellent working condition. This class of technologist continues education, researches new techniques, and will instruct junior personnel.
All technologists are responsible for maintaining files and records relevant to departmental activities, cleaning and maintaining all equipment and keeping it in excellent working condition and troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise.
Technologists who are scheduled to perform EEGs for greater than 50% of their FTE will participate equitably in the call rotation.
MUST HAVE EMG CERTIFICATION!
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, daytime hours.
Position does participate in EEG call coverage which is 24 hour coverage for 7 consecutive days every 3 weeks. Call coverage is compensated at a premium rate.
Required Qualifications:

Certification/graduate of accredited END program accredited by the Committee of Allied Health Education
Required registration by AAET and/or ABRET in at least one type of neurological test. This must be obtained within one year of employment date.

We are challenging the status quo by shining light on radiology and making it a critical first step in diagnosis and proper treatment. Come join us and shine brighter together! As a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) technologist, you will operate your assigned scanner(s) to produce images of the patient's body for diagnostic purposes. Taking a patient centered approach, you will provide MRI services within professional standards and with excellent customer service. Each patient comes to our centers looking for answers. You will guide patients through this sometimes-difficult process by kindly talking them through the steps and answering their questions and concerns regarding exam procedures and process.
This is a part-time position working various hours Monday - Friday, 10 or 12 hours shifts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
(90%) Patient MRI Imaging
* Screens patient before exam for any precautions or contradictions pertaining to examination, using two patient identifiers to ensure correct patient and procedure
* Explains and prepares patients for MRI procedures that will be performed, explaining the procedure, positioning patients so that the parts of the body can be appropriately
* Performs routine and advanced MRI procedures on designated portions of the body for use by physicians in the diagnosing and treating of patient illness and/or injury with minimal amount of supervision or repeats scanned, while providing patient support by talking to patients throughout procedure
* Adjusts MRI scan parameters correctly and as needed
* Follows physicians' orders precisely, conforms to safety regulations, to and accurately maintains patient records within Radiology Information System (RIS)
* Maintains an orderly and clean work area including equipment promoting good safety habits for patients and co-workers
* Maintains ACR toolkit and accreditation requirements
(5%) MRI Department Support
* Assists with maintaining an updated imaging protocol manual and software upgrades
* Monitors medical supply inventory and requests supplies as necessary
* Assists with training of new associates, providing resource and technical expertise, as applicable
(5%) Completes other tasks as assigned
Minimum:
* ARRT or ARMRIT registered technologist, current and in good standing, dependent on State regulations and business needs
* Graduate of the American Medical Association (AMA) approved school of radiography
* Licensed Radiological Technologist in the appropriate state, if applicable
* Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
* Must have training and experience sufficient to competently perform MRI procedures independently
* Certification in imaging specialty
