We are proud to be collaborating with area school systems, law enforcement, medical offices and more to support the community of East Longmeadow, MA and surrounding towns with our new Children and Families Center.
Take advantage of a competitive compensation range of $39.00/hr.-$45.00/hr. Pay rate will be determined based on licensure and experience.
Schedule is flexible: Preferred for those with availability that would include working Friday's till 7pm and flexible hours on Saturday.
YOUR ROLE AS A LICENSED CLINICIAN YOU WILL:
The Master's Level Licensed Clinician will work with children and families offering outpatient therapy and group therapy and activities for children 5 years of age and older, along with their families. Our ideal candidate will have knowledge of developmentally appropriate social skills groups; bringing their creativity, energy and enthusiasm to the team and to the children and families served.
Requirements:

Willingness to work on site and travel for outreach to schools in the surrounding communities as needed.

The Center for Human Development, (CHD) is seeking a Clinician for our Congregate Care Network (CCN) located in Springfield, MA. The Clinician will be assigned to the Intensive Treatment Residence (ITR) which will be geared towards latency age youth. The program will work on stabilization and treatment foundational in trauma informed care.
YOUR ROLE AS A CLINICIAN:
The Clinician/Clinical Care Manager provides clinical services within their assigned congregate care setting. They support and implement the philosophical, clinical, and programmatic goals of the agency. The CCM will provide comprehensive services including substance assessment, placement planning, and care coordination. The CCM ensures that there is a supportive and professional environment around assessment, communication, treatment planning, relationship formation, and casework intervention. The CCM will assist at the direction of their supervisor in the development/training of staff in the program around clinical philosophies, interventions and overall treatment modalities and ensure the clinical infrastructure is strong and effective.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide individual, family therapy and family collaboration for caseload as determined by the Director of Clinical Operations.
Develop & provide weekly group therapy for ISS students.
Utilize DBT in clinical work.
Support families in applying for Social Security benefits and oversee the receipt and spending of Social Security income.
Meet at least monthly with assigned families to facilitate family collaboration meetings with the student and immediate family. In some cases, engage families in regular family therapy meetings.
Speak regularly, or at least weekly, with assigned family members to discuss student's progress towards goals and family concerns.

YOUR ROLE AS CO-RESPONSE CRISIS CLINICIAN:
You will support Police Departments' speedy and efficient response to behavioral health calls and follow-ups. The Clinician provides services as a member of both the CHD Adult Mobile Crisis Intervention (AMCI) and Youth Mobile Crisis Intervention (YMCI) programs, and the conjoined CBHC Outpatient Clinic and Crisis Stabilization Programs.
Co-response clinicians will provide crisis triage, evaluations, disposition recommendations, follow up interventions, stabilization planning, and referral planning for immediate resources. Clinicians will assess needs, determine least restrictive level of care, and arrange treatment transition and engagement.⯠They will know and be able to recommend and/or utilize the breadth of internal agency and external community resources in intervention planning. Evaluations will occur in the communities served and expected to be in a wide variety of settings. The clinician will have space in the Police Departments to conduct evaluations, team-build with PD staff, and to be available as quickly as possible to support PD.

CHD is seeking a passionate and dedicated Psychiatric Coordination Clinician to support assessment, treatment planning, and evaluation for clients receiving psychiatric medication management. You will work with adults, children, and families who are seen by a psychiatry provider and do not require frequent outpatient therapy. You will support psychiatric providers in creating and maintaining treatment plans and providing up to date assessments for clients.
About the Role:
CHD is seeking a passionate and dedicated clinician to support assessment, treatment planning, and evaluation for clients receiving psychiatric medication management. You will work with adults, children, and families who are seen by a psychiatry provider and do not require frequent outpatient therapy. You will support psychiatric providers in creating and maintaining treatment plans and providing up to date assessments for clients. This position can be stationed primarily within our Greenfield, Orange, or Easthampton offices with a willingness to travel between them at least 3 days per month.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide annual comprehensive assessments to clients receiving psychiatric services with an emphasis on evaluating level of care needs.
Engage stable clients in routine check-in appointments.
Establish and update treatment plans on a collaborative basis with clients and other providers.
Discuss and submit referrals to other supportive services.
Ensure confidentiality and adhere to all privacy regulations.
Address client safety needs and follow mandated reporting procedures when necessary.

Requirements

Integrated teams include licensed clinicians, RNs, housing specialists, direct care staff, and peer/family specialists as well as those working in group living environments. The Team works collaboratively to provide person-centered, evidence-based services in support of Persons' treatment goals.
The ACCS Clinician provides direct clinical interventions with Persons served, facilitates the planning and documentation of comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, and clinical services and is responsible for modeling best practices as well as training for the Team in recovery principles, administrative requirements and clinical interventions.
Min. Qualifications
Qualifications include a Master's Degree in a related field and a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts including LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, Licensed Rehab Counselor, Physician, Registered Nurse, Registered OT, or Psychologist, three to five years of experience in a mental health treatment program and demonstrated experience working with Persons with psychiatric and/or substance use histories is preferred.
