Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Production Worker will be responsible for supporting various production processes, including assembling, packaging, sanitizing, and preparing products for shipment. Skills: Basic math skills for accurate measurements and formula application. Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and reporting. Work Environment: The position is based in a temperature-controlled production environment. Physical labor, attention to detail, and safety adherence are key to successful performance. The role requires wearing PPE and working with industrial equipment and materials in compliance with safety and quality standards.
