Job Responsibilities Complete maintenance work orders, inspections, and preventative maintenance Perform punch-list repairs including: HVAC troubleshooting and basic repairs Plumbing (toilets, sinks, faucets, water heaters, PVC/copper lines) Electrical (lighting, outlets, switches, breakers, ballasts) Drywall repair, carpentry, doors, trim, flooring, painting Appliance repair and installation Grounds and exterior maintenance Support special projects, events, and inspections Identify and report safety issues Respond to on-call maintenance emergencies as assigned Maintain tools, inventory, work areas, and documentation Requirements High school diploma or GED Minimum 2 years of hands-on multi-trade maintenance experience Experience across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs Ability to independently complete punch-list work Valid Florida driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor Ability to work indoors/outdoors and in all weather conditions Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts Basic computer skills for work orders and documentation Professional, reliable, and safety-focused work habits Conditions of Employment Drug-free workplace Level II background screening required This position requires screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
