The kids we work with
Pretty much everything. I did CfUT summer school for 3 years and it was one of the most toxic and traumatizing experiences I’ve ever had. I don’t recommend. Long hours, terrible pay, cultish norms and culture.
Nothing.
Offering better pay for the amount of unrealistic work we are required to do as a college student. We were expected to write PAGES LONG lesson plans which is not realistic for teaching.
I didn’t get interviewed.
I think it’s unfair how much we get paid compared to the officials.
Very diverse.
Honestly knowing that I no longer work in an urban school.
