We are seeking a licensed MentalHealthTherapist to join our team for our PHP/IOP program in MONROE TOWNSHIP, NJ (00831)! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. If you are an experienced therapist passionate about providing high-quality care and mentalhealth solutions, we want to hear from you!
Our agency is growing and we expect this to be a full time position, with a possible start around 25-30 hours if full time is not an immediate need. We aim to offer virtual hours as well, but it is a largely hybrid position (presently 100% virtual).
CFW was founded by a double board certified psychiatrist, who remains actively involved in the clinical care of all patients.
Applicants should ideally be clinically sound, driven, ethical, quick learners and team players!
We are growing as we have been known for prioritizing evidence based patient care and clinical ethics.
PTO, 401k, healthcare provided when eligible (time with company). Paid holidays for full time.
Salary contingent on experience and competitive.

Responsibilities
Perform intake assessments
Provide group and individual therapy for adults and teens
Create individualized treatment plans for each client
Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient notes and treatment plan
Perform wellness checks as needed
Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
Current LAC, LSW, LPC or LCSW
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized
Previous experience as a mentalhealththerapist preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification preferred
Flexible work from home options available.

Documentation Compliance: Prepares written documentation such as Progress Notes, Reassessments and Discharge Summaries. Progress notes and Reassessments are completed as per departmental policy and procedure, and monitor the resident's status and progress towards goal achievement. Short term goals are updated and treatment plans are modified, as appropriate. The Discharge Summary reflects the resident's current status, outcomes achieved, and recommendations for further services or interventions, as appropriate.
Documentation of Re-Evaluations: Re-evaluations are completed in a timely manner. Goals and treatment plan updated as per departmental policy.
Effective Communication: Develops a rapport and mutual respect with the resident to foster an optimum environment for goal achievement. Provides education to residents/families based upon the identified learning needs, in a manner that the residents/families can demonstrate their understanding.
Evaluation Information Gathering: Gathers all information necessary to properly evaluate the resident's needs as per department policy, including testing and consultations with other health care professionals, as appropriate. The content of the evaluation contains data as outlined by departmental policies and is completed within time frames as specified in departmental policies.
Other Duties As Assigned: Handles special projects and rush assignments as needed, in a timely manner.
Patient Rapport: Develops a rapport and mutual respect with the patient/caregiver and team members to foster an optimum environment of goal achievement.

Documentation of Re-Evaluations: Re-evaluations are completed in a timely manner. Goals and treatment plan updated as per departmental policy.
Effective Communication: Develops a rapport and mutual respect with the resident to foster an optimum environment for goal achievement. Provides education to residents/families based upon the identified learning needs, in a manner that the residents/families can demonstrate their understanding.
Evaluation Information Gathering: Gathers all information necessary to properly evaluate the resident's needs as per department policy, including testing and consultations with other health care professionals, as appropriate. The content of the evaluation contains data as outlined by departmental policies and is completed within time frames as specified in departmental policies.

Safety and Body Mechanics: Therapy is provided in a safe environment, utilizing proper body mechanics.
