As a driver helper you'll ride along with a package delivery driver in our iconic brown trucks and help deliver packages to businesses and homes in your community. During your shift, you'll be in and out of the truck, greeting customers and ensuring packages make it to their destinations.
This seasonal job requires flexibility as work will be assigned in the morning based on operational needs and your availability.
When you are assigned work, you will be provided with a meet point. This is where the driver will pick you up, often in your neighborhood. Helpers do not drive the brown truck.

• The work location is based out of our Cross Ranch office in Center, ND.
• Shared housing and basic utilities are provided at TNC's Cross Ranch crew house at no cost to the employee upon signing and agreeing to housing terms, and the employee must live in the provided housing to meet the needs and nature of the position and to maximize the effectiveness of the crew.
What We Can Achieve Together:
Based in central North Dakota, our Cross Ranch Burn Crew Member (BCM) participates in wildland fire operations which include ignition, control, mop-up, suppression, monitoring, and other tasks as assigned. As part of the BCM's ongoing professional development, you will be responsible for keeping abreast of new burn techniques and equipment to enhance skills and maintain/grow professional fire certification credentials.
In addition, you will work to build and maintain relationships in the professional fire community and in the local community where the Conservancy works. This may include participation in wildland fire suppression activities in partnership with other non-profits, local fire departments, and local, state and federal agencies, tribal or indigenous, either as a TNC employee, or as a volunteer or short-term employee of the partner entity (such as an administratively determined, short term federal employee).
Although the position is based out of the Cross Ranch office located near Center, ND, you may be expected to travel throughout the management region. This position is based on a 40-hour work week, but may require irregular hours and long days. You may work in variable weather conditions, at remote locations, on difficult and uneven terrain, and under physically demanding circumstances.

What You'll Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to obtain the qualifications for Prescribed Fire Crew Member (RXCM) or Fire Fighter Type 2 (FFT2), including Introduction to ICS (I-100), Human Factors on the Fire line (L-180), Introduction to Wildland Fire Behavior (S-190), Firefighting Training (S-130), and one training burn serving under the supervision of a qualified FFT2 as a requirement for this position. Must achieve physical fitness standards as determined by the local Prescribed Fire Manager and the TNC Fire Management Manual.
Experience operating various types of equipment.
Must be able to obtain related licenses or certifications as required (e.g., First Aid, CPR).

Salary Information:
The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $20.00 - 21.15/hour. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Job Summary
The Lead Medication Assistant organizes and assigns the resident assistants to ensure that residents' plans of care are carried out and documented as directed. Knowledge of and delivers appropriate age-related care related to the physical and psychological needs of adult and geriatric residents per plans of care. An essential communication link with resident assistants. Provides hands on care to residents and works with additional resources to plan and deliver care for all residents in their household. Plays a key role in the resident admission process, orientation of new staff and students, and data collection on performance indicators. Performs tasks delegated by the supervising nurse as well as other managers in the blended household. Provides assistance with basic health care needs including daily living activities that may include, but are not limited to, bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining and recording vital signs, and providing psychosocial support and other personal care to assigned resident.
Responsible for maintenance of the household environment during his/her scheduled shift. Assists the resident in transferring, re-positioning, and walking using correct and appropriate transfer techniques and equipment and provides range of motion and passive exercises. Assists residents with meals and snacks, provides water and supplements as appropriate. Administers prescribed medications as delegated by a licensed nurse and within their scope of practice as defined by state regulations. Documents the outcomes related to resident care, medication administration, behavior, activity, and dietary. Communicates changing condition, medication follow-up and care related concerns/responses to the charge nurse. Provides assistance and documentation with wellness and recreational programs and encourages residents to participate. Aids providers and nursing staff members with procedures, if needed. Collects non-invasive body fluid specimens and gathers vital signs. Utilizes cost effective measures while delivering quality care. Qualifications
High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required.
Minimum age of 18 preferred. Six months experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
Satisfactorily completes yearly department specific competency testing and maintains a record of continuing education credits for each year. A minimum of 12 hours continuing education are required annually based on state requirements. Maintains all department specific required certifications. When applicable, may need a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
Iowa: Require Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing. CNA certification must be maintained with the State Board of Nursing. Successful completion of a state-approved Certified Medication Aide/Assistant course once CNA certification is obtained.
Minnesota: Must have nursing assistant certification, have completed the 75-hour course and be registered with the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry. Successful completion of a state-approved Trained Medication Assistant course.
North Dakota: Require Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing. CNA certification must be maintained with the State Board of Nursing. Successful completion of a state-approved Certified Medication Aide/Assistant course once CNA certification is obtained. If working in an Assisted Living or Basic Care facility, Medication Assistant I certification required. If working in a skilled nursing facility, Medication Assistant II certification is required.
South Dakota: Must successfully complete the state approved Certified Medication Aide (CMA) course. CMA certification must be maintained with the State Board of Nursing.
For all Good Samaritan and Sanford nursing facilities: Must have the state required certified/trained medication aide certification (CMA or TMA). Active certified nursing assistant registration in state of practice, or ability to obtain within 120 days, is required.

This is a full or part time position, with flexibility. We are particularly looking for a full time/part time evening on site Addiction Counselor to assist with our 2.1 outpatient group. This position can work mainly remote if needed.
Our program offers a full spectrum of services from Level 1 all the way through 3.5 Residential.

Summit Counseling Services has expanding our outpatient treatment services and we have a residential unit in Stanton along with an outpatient clinic as well in Stanton. We are expecting this will increase the need for services and we want to be able to meet that need.
*Conduct assessments to determine client treatment needs, in person, telehealth, phone in a variety of different locations.
Provide individual and group counseling, using variety of therapeutic techniques, to facilitate and maintain sobriety and wellness, to assist in growth and progress toward completion of treatment plan goals and objectives through face to face/telehealth interactions and telehealth services.
Develop materials for and facilitate client group meetings, relapse prevention, trauma, parenting, spirituality, etc., to assist in sobriety and wellness
Assess client progress to evaluate success of treatment
Maintains records and documents on clients and treatment progress as required by Federal, state, insurance/payment provider and Summit Counseling Services standards, regulations and policies
Attend and participate in staff meetings to consult with other professional staff to ensure appropriate treatment, programming and client progress
Refer clients to and consult with other support services as needed to ensure continued and appropriate treatment
Conduct administrative duties to include progress notes and documentation, creation and review of treatment plans, completed in a timely manner according to program-specific policy and procedure, to adhere to applicable state, federal and agency regulations
Provide and maintain reliable and prompt attendance, with the ability to work the schedule dictated by business necessity, to include evenings, on-call rotation and weekends as needed
