Centerbridge Partners Leadership

Barbara joined Centerbridge in 2016 and leads the Firm’s human capital efforts. Prior to joining Centerbridge, Barbara was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Wellington Management Company, where she was responsible for overseeing the leadership and execution of the human resource strategy, policies and programs.

Prior to joining Wellington Management Company, Barbara held global leadership positions at UBS across the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific and was responsible for all aspects of human capital across the Asset Management, Investment Bank and Wealth Management divisions.

Bill joined Centerbridge in 2019 as the Firm’s Chief Operating Officer. He focuses on advancing and aligning the Firm’s operations and investment strategy. He also serves as a member of the Firm’s Management Committee. Prior to joining Centerbridge, Bill was a Partner and the Regional Managing Partner of the Americas at Bain & Company, responsible for strategy and day-to-day operations in North and South America. Throughout his career he was a leader in Bain’s Private Equity, Technology and Strategy practices. He also served on Bain’s Global Operating Committee and Board of Directors. Prior to joining Bain in 1997, Bill served as a Captain in the United States Air Force.

Bill serves on the Board of Directors of AHEAD, LLC.
