Job Summary
Looking for a QA Lead to build and own the QA function from the ground up. This is a greenfield opportunity to define how quality is ensured across an AI-driven product used by enterprise customers.

External Engagement & Communications
Serve as a spokesperson, translating complex scientific and regulatory topics into clear, credible messages for policymakers, media, NGOs, retailers, and the public.
Identify and pursue strategic speaking and publishing opportunities that support broader education and communication goals.
Build and sustain relationships with regulatory agencies, industry groups, nonprofits, and scientific organizations central to consumer-product safety and chemical management.
Management & Operations
Manage one direct report, external consultants, and technical vendors; develop and oversee the departmental budget.
Partner closely with the Regulatory Science Executive Committee, Communications Committee, and Government & Legislative Affairs Executive Committee.
Contribute as part of the senior leadership team, supporting organizational decision-making and enterprise priorities.
Education & Required Experience
PhD in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., chemistry, toxicology, environmental science, or related field).
7+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, chemical management, consumer products, or related sectors.
Demonstrated success navigating U.S. federal and state regulatory systems; global exposure (especially Europe) strongly preferred.
Experience drafting and submitting regulatory comments, leading cross-functional initiatives, and advising senior executives.
Strong understanding of the role of ingredients and materials in consumer products.
Relevant experience may come from regulatory agencies, trade associations, consumer products companies, technical consulting firms, law firms, or scientific organizations focused on ingredient safety and other fast-paced corporate environments.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for the following:
Develop working relationships with internal resources within assigned territory and business vertical
Regular and consistent updates with account teams focused on support needed and open issues
Conducting presentations promoting MRI at industry conferences and trade shows.
Work cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction in areas such as pricing, implementation, adoption, and administration.
Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from business directories, industry events, trade shows, websites, LinkedIn Navigator, inbound leads, and other sources.
Achieves sales goals; overcomes objections with persuasion and persistence; initiates new contacts; maintains accurate records in Salesforce and promptly submits information as required.
Travels throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit and maintain business, leverages technology to keep in contact with customers.
Supports demonstrates and emphasizes salable features.
Quotes prices and credit terms and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained.
Confers with client, utilizing product knowledge and research to determine goals and recommendations.
Skills & Requirements:
4+ years of sales experience in business products or services
Bachelor's degree in related discipline preferred.
Demonstrated track record in closing new business and exceeding sales targets
Strong relationship skills along with quality communications to keep account tasks on track
Excellent time management, follow up skills, decision making, human relations, presentation, and organization skills.
Verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and deliver powerful and confident presentations.
Knowledge corporate real estate, facilities management or adjacent markets highly desired.
