David John Lesar (born May 30, 1953) is an American businessman who is the former chair of Halliburton Energy Services. He was the CEO of Halliburton for 17 years from 2000 to 2017. Trained as a Certified Public Accountant, Lesar spent 16 years at Arthur Andersen. He had spent most of his career at Andersen, where he worked on their Halliburton account. In 1995, Lesar was hired by Halliburton as a new vice president. July 24, 2019 David Lesar was named the interim CEO of HCSC. June 30, 2020 David Lesar was name the President and CEO of CenterPoint Energy.

Lynne Harkel-Rumford is a Board Member at Target Hunger and Senior VP/Chief Human Resources Ofcr at CENTERPOINT ENERGY INC. She has worked as VP:Compensation Benefits & HR Technology at CENTERPOINT ENERGY INC. Lynne works or has worked as MEMBER at Texas Bar Association and MEMBER at Houston Bar Association. She studied at Indiana University and University of Houston Law Center.

Jason P. Wells is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In this role, he oversees the company’s Finance organization, including Accounting and Financial Planning, Treasury, Tax, Mergers and Acquisitions, Internal Audit and Investor Relations.

Jason joined CenterPoint Energy from PG&E Corporation where he held roles of increasing responsibility over 13 years. He served as EVP and CFO overseeing the financial activities of the nearly $60 billion enterprise. His accomplishments included leading customer rate affordability initiatives that are expected to deliver $1.6 billion in cumulative savings over a three-year period and implementing PG&E’s strategies to support California’s transition to a clean energy economy. Prior to his EVP and CFO role, Jason held leadership positions in Business Finance and Accounting with PG&E and its subsidiary, Pacific Gas and Electric Company. He began his career in 1999 with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Assurance and Business Advisory Services.

He served on the board of the San Francisco-Marin Food Bank in 2020. From 2013 to 2019, he served as a board member and treasurer of Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco.

Jason earned his bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in accounting, both from the University of Florida. He is a certified public accountant.
