Duties/Responsibilities: Meet weekly with a caseload of 5-10 guests with the assigned Case Manager. Meet weekly with the Assistant Administrator for mentorship and learning. Help ensure a chapel service occurs at 11:30am. This may include performing the chapel service himself. Perform hourly rounds to ensure that the building is safe and secure. Report relevant information pertaining to the daily shift log. Contact emergency personnel (EMS and/or law enforcement) when appropriate. Ensure the center facility is cleaned and supplies are stocked. Model Biblical Hospitality during the day-to-day functions of the center. Assist in the entry process as needed. This includes, but is not limited to: looking up information on guests, searching belongings and bags for contraband, wanding for weapons, informing guests of their assigned entry time, etc. Spend the semester working on and then presenting a project to the Men's Ministry team that will help improve on current best practices of the Men's Center.
