THE JOB
This dual-role position will work positively as a team member in the Outpatient clinic of our Campus For Hope facility, working alongside professionals who are providing pivotal, industry-leading behavioral health services to those in need. You will assist with the scheduling and follow-through of appointments of individuals as well as conduct intake appointments and paperwork for individuals entering services. And, most importantly, you will be a key member of a team making a huge difference in the lives of people who need support to address their mental health and substance use concerns.
This position is Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm.

THE JOB This role provides leadership and oversight for CenterPointe's residential admissions process across StartingPointe and AnchorPointe programs, ensuring timely, accurate, and coordinated access to care. As a Wellbeing Navigator, you will work as a part of a multi-disciplinary team of professionals including dually-licensed therapists, psychiatrists, Advanced Practice Registered Nurses, Care Managers, and more. You will be primarily responsible for supporting the individuals in service throughout their treatment experience, observing and documenting day-to-day behaviors and activities, and reporting to the clinical team to constantly update each individual's treatment plan. Your knowledge in Behavioral Health and your abilities as a Navigator are the foundation for a life-changing treatment experience for the people we serve.
