Following the merger, Mark served as Managing Partner of Joint Ventures for Fresenius Medical Care, and then Chairman of the Board of Sound Physicians until June 2018. During his tenure as Chairman, Sound Physicians employed more than 3,500 hospital medicine physicians in 200 hospitals around the country.
