Being home. Having balance. It’s difficult to put 100% of your time into a job you feel doesn’t care.
All the staff is kinda and works hard for the clients. I enjoy coming into work every day and have made great relationships with coworkers and clients.
The pay is pretty dang low, even if you have a degree.
