Supervisory Duties: This position has supervisory duties and leads the compliance initiative for Centier Bank.
Summary: The Chief Compliance Officer (“CCO”) is responsible for leading the Company's compliance strategy, including proactive execution and on-going enhancement of the Compliance Management System ("CMS") and preparing the organization for regulatory and operational changes associated with being an FDIC-Large Insured Depository Institution and a Covered Institution subject to the direct supervision of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Summary: The Branch Manager is accountable for overseeing branch team(s). Summary: The Senior Fair Lending & Banking Analyst provides support to the Fair Lending Compliance Manager by conducting analyses to assess fair lending underwriting, pricing, and redlining risks, along with UDAAP and fair banking assessments based on regulatory guidance and bank policies, as well as measure the Bank's performance.
Essential Duties:
• Maintain appropriate knowledge of fair lending and banking laws and regulations, including but not limited to ECOA, FHA, UDAAP, CRA and HMDA, guidance, and other legal and regulatory developments, and how they apply to the Bank.
• Stay current on the Bank's business line products, services and processes, distribution channels, geographies, organizational structures, and related regulatory requirements.
• Conduct thorough and detailed analyses, testing, and validation of fair lending and banking risks. Provide analytic-driven insights to identify business opportunities and strategic feedback. Recommend areas for corrective action when applicable.
• Create and maintain procedures on processes to verify data integrity with compliance systems, as well as fair lending and banking.
• Conduct peer analysis utilizing data sets and the Wiz SaaS systems when applicable.
• Assist with training and communications outlining the Bank's commitment to fair lending and banking.
• Conduct training of business lines as necessary for software changes and enhancements as necessary.
• Review third party vendor's compliance with fair lending and banking policies, procedures, and practices.
• Assist in completing annual review of the fair lending analysis area with appropriate supporting documentation.
• Assist in processing of annual HMDA, CRA and 1071 submissions and maintaining confirmation documentation of submissions.
• Assist in the development and execution of 1071 data analytics and analysis as applicable.
• Prepare reports for distribution to management, utilizing metrics and dashboards, on a monthly, quarterly, or as-needed basis
• Provide support for the Bank's CRA performance reports via data collected in the CRA Wiz software module, additional analysis and special projects for the CRA team may occur.
• Assist in preparation of monitoring and summary presentations and reports for the Compliance Committee, CRA Committee, and Fair Lending Committee.
• Work with Compliance Department Software Systems to ensure data is accurate, uploaded, and system is maintained.
• Serve as the system administrator as needed.
• Assist in completion of Fair Banking monitoring program as developed by the Compliance Manager.

Position Summary: The FIS Core Banking Accounting Consultant is responsible for managing the accounting conversion process in the implementation of a new core banking system. This role involves analyzing, mapping, and migrating accounting data and business processes from legacy systems to the new IBS (Integrated Banking Services) Core Banking System and PeopleSoft General Ledger. The consultant works closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless conversion, data accuracy, and system compatibility.
Key Responsibilities:
IBS Accounting/ PeopleSoft GL Conversion Methodology expertise:
Understand the FIS core banking system conversion methodology from Target Operating Model (TOM) through data mapping, process mapping, product design, system and data validation, Operational Analysis, Readiness Reviews, conversion, and post conversion support.
Accounting Data Analysis and Mapping:
Work closely with FIS to analyze accounting data from legacy systems, including general ledger structures, account balances, and financial transactions.
Map data from legacy systems to the new IBS Core Banking System and PeopleSoft GL, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Identify and document any data discrepancies or inconsistencies.
Support data quality approaches to clean up data pre-conversion.
Data Conversion and Migration:
Working closely with FIS, support the end-to-end process of accounting data migration, ensuring accurate transfer of all accounting-related data to the new system.
Collaborate with technical teams to develop data migration strategies and implement conversion scripts.
Test the data conversion process to ensure data integrity and functionality in the new system.
Accounting Business Product and Process Definition and Validation
Working closely with FIS, support the end-to-end definition of business processes impacted by the core banking system conversion, including changes to chart of accounts, cost centers, and transaction codes.
Determine how to validate business processes in support of application acceptance, Operational Analysis, and Readiness Reviews.
System Testing and Validation:
Perform testing to validate data in the new system, ensuring that all accounts are properly converted and functioning.
Coordinate with functional QA teams to ensure that all accounting-related features in the IBS Core Banking System and PeopleSoft GL are working as expected.
Troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies that arise during testing and work to resolve them quickly.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain clear and detailed documentation of the account conversion process, including mapping documents, test plans, and validation results.
Prepare reports on the status of account conversion projects, highlighting key milestones, risks, and issues.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Summary: This position is designed for associates who have recently completed an undergraduate degree or associates with some banking experience. The position offers a comprehensive training program that provides exposure to credit analysis and sales development. The Associate Business Banker will work closely with the Business Banking team to review Small Business loan applications, complete credit analysis, monitor lending portfolio, identify lending opportunities, and develop a knowledge of Business lending products including SBA loans. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide the highest level of quality service to the Business Bankers and the Retail Relationship Managers. Review loan applications submitted, communicating any deficiencies in a friendly, positive, professional manner, where turnaround time is essential.
Compile, examine and evaluate the financial viability of a credit request pursuant to the analysis of financial statements. Prepare, organize, and submit financial data into the Credit Quest Scoring System. Analysis may encompass evaluations of commercial and industrial credits, SBA loan opportunities, as well as commercial real estate properties.
Establish rapport with the Business Bankers, Retail Relationship Managers, and Business Banking AAs. Associate will exhibit an understanding of credit and work closely with and advise the Business Bankers on how to enhance the credit structure of their credit request.
Develop an understanding and proficiency of SBA loan products and offerings. This person will be asked to gather and submit appropriate SBA documentation and establish a quality working relationship with SBA personnel.
Identify opportunities to expand the Bank/Client relationships.
Prepare analysis and loan packages for loans requiring submission to the U.S. Small Business Administration when appropriate.
Prepare monthly / quarterly reports for presentation to Senior Management and the Board of Directors. May include small business loan exceptions and portfolio data.
Help monitor all technical exceptions associated with the Small Business loan portfolio and provide monthly exception reports as directed.
Attend seminars, classes, or other educational opportunities to stay informed regarding changes, product offerings, and best practices pertaining to Business and SBA lending.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of accounting procedures.
Strong working knowledge of personal computer and software programs (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, CSI, and Loan Scoring Systems (i.e. Credit Quest, etc.).
Limited travel may be required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or associate degree in accounting or finance preferred.
