If you're a driven professional with experience in commercial floor coatings, concrete polishing or industrial flooring, we are looking for YOU to generate new business, close deals and guide projects seamlessly to completion with our operations team.
This role offers an annual total compensation (salary & commission) of $125k - $200k first year.
What You'll Do:
* Identify & prospect clients in commercial, industrial and manufacturing sectors
* Build market presence through networking, events and direct outreach
* Develop strong client relationships by providing tailored solutions and guiding them through the sales process
* Track sales activities and client interactions in CRM (Salesforce)
* Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and pitches to close deals

Purpose: Responsible for daily site visits, ensure project quality, safety and serviced to company expectations. Comply reports and work closely with Project Manager for project requirements.
Review projects with Project Managers. This includes plans/specifications, scope of work, change orders to date and budgets.
Schedule and coordinate with Project Manager all deliveries the date we start: materials, hoisting equipment and labor.
Constantly monitor labor, schedule delays, material needs and additional mobilizations.
Ensure company Safety policies are being met.
Monitor roof installation with plans/specifications/manufacturers recommendations (install correct roof).
Coordinate schedule with general Superintendent and Scheduler.
Coordinate and complete punch lists.
Coordinate and communicate with Project Managers.
Other duties assigned as needed.
Traveling daily will be required.
Qualifications:
Flat Roofing experience (additional steep slope experience is a plus)
Management of field installers
Read blueprints and specifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel Word Outlook Power Point)
Fluency of written and spoken English and Spanish
