Responsibilities
Greet and assist co-workers with a friendly and professional attitude.
Maintaining vehicle oil, fuel, and cleanliness.

Will be responsible for direction of the transported and adhering to the policies and procedures as outlined in the Transportation Manual.
Qualifications
Must have a valid Driver's License.
A high school diploma or equivalent is helpful but not required.
Strong customer service and communication skills are important.
Reliable with a commitment to punctuality and consistent attendance.

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

This position consists of servicing, cleaning and stocking portable toilets, holding tanks, freshwater systems, hand-wash stations and restroom-shower trailers as needed. EDUCATION: High school graduate or equivalent required. Twenty- One years or older.

KNOWLEDGE: Familiarity with the Greater Cincinnati Area is helpful.
BACKGROUND: Must pass criminal background check and various registry checks, previous conviction of violent crimes will exclude applicant from job.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Transports Participants to and from Goodwill as needed.
Completes inspections of equipment and supplies before and after each trip.
Maintains log of all trips including mileage, person transported and on the road problems. Inspects and operates van, wheelchair bus lift as assigned.
Physically assist all passengers entering and exiting the van and wheelchair bus, and makes sure all passengers are secured for a safe trip.
Submits all reports of accidents, injuries or complaints to the Program Coordinator-NMT.
Runs enclaves and special runs as needed.
Must be able to orally communicate in an appropriate manner. Attends quarterly safety meetings.
Participate in initial and ongoing training activities. Follow all guidelines outlined in the training manual. Attend First Aid and CPR classes.
Other duties as assigned.

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and professional CDL-A Driver to join our Transportation team
starting at 6:00am,
Monday-Friday.
You will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of metal materials to and from client sites and other AIM facilities.
What you're responsible for:
Operating a Class A commercial vehicle to transport metal materials to and from designated locations, ensuring compliance with traffic laws and company policies
Safely loading and unloading metal materials onto the truck using appropriate equipment and secure the load to prevent shifting or damage during transit
Local runs, with opportunities for out of state runs depending on qualification and availability
Performing manual tarping if necessary
Performing routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck, ensuring that it is in good working condition
Completing accurate and thorough records of deliveries and any other required documentation
Qualifications

You have a valid CDL A driver's license with a clean MVR and Medical
You have experience driving 18 speed manual transmission (required)
You have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an CDL-A Driver
You have experience with flatbed, roll-off, lugger, or open top trailer
