    The Protective Services Case Aide works under the supervision of the Protective Services Trainer/Supervisor. He/she will support the daily administrative tasks and assist PSWs as requested. Must be able to work in an environment that handles highly confidential matters. Although this position encompasses a high administrative component, he/she will be exposed to tasks assigned to PSWs. This role has been designed to provide him/her with the training required to transition to a Protective Services Worker. Responsibilities: Assist with printing and faxing highly confidential information. Forward PS documents received to the correct PS staff member Assist with scanning letters into the Adult Protective Services System Research information in the SAMS System Under the supervisor's direction, assists with making referrals for clients. Assists with making follow-up calls to clients and collaterals as instructed. When requested, follow up on calls forwarded to PS voicemail. Assist with the collecting of monthly legal and language interpreter records for Fiscal billing/payment if authorized Help update incoming Intake Reports and complete data entry notes/attach intake data to ensure compliance if authorized. Create and send mailings to consumers and other agencies as directed by PDS and Assist PSD as instructed if authorized Will assist in preparing and coordinating materials and space for program-related training and meetings. Participate in training activities as required Attend PSW group meetings, including Ground Rounds May be asked to accompany PSWs on home visits Support staff with a review of care plans and ongoing client services. Protects consumers' Personal Health Information (PHI) and reports any suspected security breaches by HIPAA regulations Performs all services by State and Federal regulations and CBES policies and procedures Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Characteristics Strong written, interpersonal, and presentation skills that convey a positive attitude and build relationships with clients and coworkers in an urban, multi-ethnic, and racially diverse environment. Must be organized and detail-oriented, possess strong time management and priority-setting skills, with the ability to handle diverse responsibilities and work independently with minimal supervision. Must be capable of working with high independence, using sound judgment to anticipate and resolve issues as they arise. Strong computer knowledge, proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and proficient in typing; preferred knowledge or an ability to develop a solid working knowledge of a client database management system. Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment. A natural disposition to be flexible and collaborate unselfishly in a team-oriented organization. Educational Requirements and Work Experience Bachelor's Degree with previous experience working with a diverse population. Prior experience working within a nonprofit organization is desirable. Your Role As an Engagement Manager within our Customer Success team, you'll ensure that Cradle's largest customers achieve success across their entire protein R&D portfolio. While your Scientific Advisor peers drive success at the project level, you will own success at the portfolio level - building deep relationships with senior stakeholders, aligning on portfolio success metrics, and ensuring our software and services deliver measurable value across departments and programs. You'll serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders in global biopharma and industrial biotech companies, guiding strategic planning, adoption, and expansion of Cradle's platform. Working closely with Scientific Advisors, Account Executives, and Product teams, you'll translate Cradle's scientific impact into business outcomes and long-term partnerships. Your ResponsibilitiesStrategic Account Leadership Oversee post-sale success across global biotech and pharma customers, from initial onboarding to long-term, broad adoption. Define and track portfolio-level success metrics and ROI, presenting progress to senior customer stakeholders. Establish and lead steering committees to align stakeholders and ensure Cradle delivers measurable impact. Understand customer budget cycles, licensing models, and R&D roadmaps to identify timely opportunities for growth and renewals. Partner with Account Executives to expand Cradle's footprint across new business units and therapeutic areas. Program and Relationship Management Coordinate with Scientific Advisors to ensure smooth project initiation, resource allocation, and execution within licensed project slots. Manage multi-workstream engagements, ensuring alignment across Science, Product, and ML teams. Inspire and lead your cross-functional Cradle team to deliver seven star customer experiences. Act as the primary escalation and coordination point for enterprise accounts. Customer Experience and Voice of Customer Solicit, capture and communicate customer feedback, driving improvements in Cradle's product and service delivery. Partner with Product and Machine Learning Research teams to align customer strategic priorities and Cradle's roadmap. Design and co-create training and education initiatives that empower scientists to succeed on the Cradle Platform. You will advocate for Cradle's customers internally without losing sight of the delivery efficiency and interests of the Cradle team. Your QualificationsMust-haves Deep understanding of biopharma R&D workflows and the ability to confidently engage with executive stakeholders as well as experimental and computational scientists. 5-7+ years in enterprise client-facing roles (program management, consulting, or customer success) ideally in Life Sciences. Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder programs and drive measurable ROI. Strong relationship-building, executive presence, crisp communication, and excellent organizational skills. Comfortable presenting scientific and business insights to internal and external cross-functional audiences. MSc or advanced degree in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Willingness to travel to- and work from customer sites (20% of the time). Nice-to-haves Experience managing enterprise SaaS deployments. Familiarity with services commercials (SOWs, budgeting, resourcing, and change orders). Experience with machine learning applications in life sciences or biotech. POSITION SUMMARY: The Geriatric Support Services Coordinator (GSSC) is the care manager assigned to work with SCO enrollees and is a member of the Primary Care Team (PCT). The GSSC is responsible for coordinating and providing community social services to SCO enrollees by the SCO's policies, procedures, and practices. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: As a member of the Primary Care team (PCT), participate in Initial and Ongoing Assessments of the health and functional status of enrollees and develop community-based care plans and related service packages necessary to improve or maintain an enrollee's health and functioning. Arrange, coordinate, and authorize the provision of appropriate long-term care and social support services for enrollees (with the agreement of the PCT and by requirements set forth by the SCO). These may include but not be limited to: ADL and IADL assistance; Housing Resources; Home-delivered Meals; Transportation; and Mass Health Eligibility Assistance. Monitor the appropriate provision and functional outcomes of community long-term care services that have been authorized by the PCT. Track enrollee transfers and adjust service plans as deemed appropriate by the PCT and by requirements set forth by the SCO. Provide care management services via the telephone as requested by SCO RN. Prepare documentation for enrollee files, Agency database, and SCO plan database. Perform all services by state and federal law and written SCO management protocols, including timely entry of all information required to be included in the Centralized Enrollee Record (CER). Maintain care management documentation as specified in SCO care management protocols. Report suspected Fraud, Waste and Abuse (FW&A) as required by CBES FW&A policy. Protect Consumers' Personal Health Information (PHI) and report any suspected security breaches promptly. Respond promptly to enrollee service requests. Attend and participate in PCT, Agency, and departmental meetings and trainings as required. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree and two years of professional experience in case management, service coordination, outreach, and/or advocacy with persons over the age of 65 preferred. Ability to assess clients and their needs and knowledge of the community-based service network. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills required. Ability to work with a diverse population and within a multi-disciplinary team. Access to car required. Knowledge of: Cantonese and Mandarin preferred. Ability to walk stairs. Ability to carry a laptop and documents required to complete a home visit. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB: Ability to lift and carry objects frequently weighing up to 10 to 15 pounds. Ability to climb stairs. Ability to travel to the community to perform visits at consumers' homes. Work requires regularly standing, stooping, and bending.
