We are looking for a Director of Product Management who will be responsible for driving innovation and business growth while also balancing platform stability, compliance, security, performance, and feature enhancements. This person will build and manage relationships, understand business opportunities, and work to prioritize ideas to build a world class product and provide customers with great experience. The ideal candidate will display a passion for our products and our industry, and compassion for the stakeholders of our products (clients as well as support, success, sales, QA and engineering teams). The product area is Education. This strategic leadership role requires a blend of deep domain expertise in EdTech/Special Education, a proven track record in scaling B2B SaaS platforms, and the ability to operate effectively within the regulated and mission-critical context of healthcare and education technology. This person will own all new and existing products & features which align with our Education strategy. CentralReach is focused on developing comprehensive tools to support students in special education and beyond. This includes but is not limited to: CR LiftEd, Silas by CentralReach, and avail by CentralReach. Key Accountabilities: Define vision for product and be the product evangelist with all the stakeholders. Be able to shape a compelling narrative and story around your product that makes it easy to understand the direction, value, and vision. Plan product marketing launches and establishes reliable mechanisms for incentivizing adoption. Establish and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Manage the long-term product roadmap and short-term product backlog. Invest in your team's knowledge and empower them to succeed. Establish deep understanding of platform and technology to create scalable solutions. Manage the end-to-end process of research and design of upcoming product features.
