The Student Pastor position moves forward the vision of Central. Responsibilities Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following areas of the Student Ministry. Community Create a safe and engaging environment that attract students Connect students to the Central Student Ministry Develop students for the next step in their faith Participate as a Student Team Member Attend all student events and summer camps Plan, lead, and execute Kingdom Worker Trips Run, plan, and execute a student leadership team Create an engaging environment on Sunday mornings for students and families Execute and own CSM Programming Manage communication between Student Team and Campus Pastor Provide and implement strategic leadership and initiatives for student ministry Develop and adhere to safety procedures, in cooperation with Campus and Leadership teams Develop, maintain, and grow partnerships with families, school administrators, and organizations Develop, maintain, and grow Sunday morning engagement for Students in the Worship Center.
