How You Will Contribute:
The Outpatient Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the quality of clinical care, the appropriateness of clinical programming and ensuring the day-to-day clinical operations at the Clearview Outpatient Program are performed effectively. The Outpatient Program Director is responsible for overseeing individual and group therapeutic services and providing clinical supervision to Therapists. The Outpatient Executive Director collaborates with the CEO for the overall administration of outpatient services, including case assignment, scheduling, regulatory and compliance.
Essential Responsibilities:
Provides clinical supervision to clinicians in both individual and group settings, offering guidance and feedback to motivate and positively develop the clinical team.
Provides clinical leadership and supervision for DBT within the Outpatient Program.
Actively engages with clinicians, leading in person and virtual clinical programming.
Works closely with the clinical and customer service teams to ensure a therapeutic environment is maintained, appropriate treatment planning, and discharge management.
Collaborates with the revenue cycle team, utilization review and compliance to ensure the financial success of the program and compliance with managed care requirements.

How You Will Contribute:
The Therapist is responsible for providing individual and group therapy sessions for clients in a specialized Outpatient facility. POSITION SUMMARY:
Hospice Foundation of the East Bay operates six (6) thrift stores for the benefit of patient care. One thrift store is located in each of the following cities: Alamo, Concord, Danville, Martinez, Pleasant Hill, and Walnut Creek. Reporting to the Supervisor and Lead Driver, this position has responsibility for pickup and delivery of large and/or bulky donations to the Hospice Thrift Stores, delivery of items between the stores, care of the truck (gas, oil changes, maintenance, cleaning), and lifting heavy and bulky items and general maintenance at the stores.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Represents HEB in a professional and friendly manner.
Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and donors.
Drives truck to private homes and businesses making pickups as necessary.
Delivers items among the stores.
Quickly assesses the quality of items donated.
Maintains truck as required.
Keeps accurate records of miles driven and donations received.
Performs tasks around stores such as lifting items, rearranging displays, moving heavy objects, loading vehicles, and other duties.
Be able to learn about the hospice program and to explain the hospice mission to donors and shoppers.
Participates in Estate clean outs.
Act as handyman around the store, fixes leaks, trims landscape, sweeps up, etc.
Maintains the warehouse in Concord, keeping it clean, safe, and organized.
Performs other duties as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent driving record. Must be over the age of 21 to be eligible to drive company vehicles.
Ability to work with senior citizens.
Able to lift 60 lbs.
Unrestricted mobility required to move items for sale and to work in restricted spaces.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
High school diploma required.
Valid California Drivers License and clean DMV record required.
Previous experience in working with senior citizens and in moving furniture helpful.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to a clinical manager, this position is responsible for providing spiritual counseling services to patients and families when requested, either directly or indirectly through referrals to local clergy. Responsible for following the Agency's process for effective “hand off” communication.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Provides on-call telephone support services to patients as required by rotation on weekends.

Current CPR certification.
Knowledge of impact of grief and loss on family structure desirable.
