About the role: The Commercial Real Estate Officer position is a business development and relationship management position responsible for acquiring and retaining commercial real estate relationships to positively impact the bottom line. Additional responsibility for driving the bank's CRE strategy, increasing profitability, and managing risk. This position partners closely with a wide range of commercial sales and support partners and reports directly to the SVP/Managing Director - Commercial Real Estate. What you'll do: * Provide expert recommendations and support of the Bank's Commercial Real Estate strategy and execution of that strategy. * Allocate time and efforts to prospecting for new business self-sourcing new business opportunities and participating in joint calling with other calling officers to maintain visibility and advise on new CRE relationships as requested. * Successfully manage your assigned portfolio, providing support to existing commercial real estate clients, and proactively identifying opportunities to bring in other resources to deepen the relationship, such as expanding the deposit relationship through treasury management services. * Manage relationships effectively, monitoring performance, and applying expert knowledge to avoid and/or minimize risk, independently identifying escalation of high-risk relationships, factors, or trends that could negatively impact the Bank. * Continue to enhance and develop the process for onboarding and maintaining CRE relationships, from prospecting, to underwriting, to onboarding and servicing. * Comply with internal security policies and procedures and maintain customer confidentiality at all times. * Adhere to all regulations, policies, and record keeping requirements. About the role: The Banking Center Manager position is responsible for the day-to-day duties of managing a banking office and assisting their respective SVP, Retail Banking in oversight of the sales, operations, customer service, and business development within the market, including profits and productivity. About the role: Under the guidance and direction of Executive Management, the Equipment Finance Director is responsible for equipment finance activities and programs, business development and production, and driving results that positively impact the bottom line. What you'll do: * Continually develop new prospects for Equipment Finance, growing the book of business through direct and indirect sales in collaboration with Executive Management and in support of company goals and initiatives. * Possess a thorough knowledge of specialized equipment, structuring, pricing, and closing complex finance transactions, also providing guidance as needed to commercial lenders on legal and structural issues unique to specific equipment types. * Consult with and assist new and potential borrowers with appropriate deal structuring, focusing on the needs of the borrower and balancing those needs with those of the Bank. * Manage the origination process from start to finish including gathering all necessary information and making available all relevant information needed for underwriting, also providing accurate, timely, and objective credit analyses to serve as effective guides for credit decisions. * Minimize equipment finance-related credit losses within policy-targeted levels. Appraise collateral as required and monitor to see that the value of the collateral is in concert with the division's credit risk policies. * Protect the bank by providing continual supervision of the equipment lending and/or leasing agreements, by continual monitoring of past dues, and taking appropriate action. * Drive innovation and growth through partnership with senior management, leveraging technology, and strategic vision. Education and Experience: * Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or equivalent degree or equivalent experience required. * 5 years of commercial lending experience that includes equipment finance experience. About the role: The Commercial Loan Closer facilitates the loan closing process while providing a high quality of customer service while complying with Bank Policy and Federal Regulations. What you'll do: Review and structure complex commercial, commercial real estate, and construction loan documentation, including letters of credit and supporting documentation, to ensure that all loan documents are: * Complete and accurate * In compliance with federal regulations, compliant with terms and conditions as approved by the appropriate lending body * In adherence to CFBank policies prior to the disbursement of loan proceeds * Identify, report funding exceptions appropriately * Post-review of attorney-prepared loan documentation, including the supporting documentation * Post-closing follow-up for recorded documentation, tickler set up etc. * Identifying and reporting loan closing and documentation issues * Maintain a close working relationship with credit regarding loan structure and financial and covenant requirements * Provide outstanding customer service and display a positive attitude at all times. * Adhere to all regulations, policies, and record-keeping requirements. Complete all required training related to bank regulations and policies. * Accept other responsibilities and projects as requested to add value for CFBank. Education and Experience * Minimum of 3 years of banking experience, primarily in commercial loan document preparation and review experience. * Minimum of 1-year complex commercial loan document review experience preferred. * Minimum of 2 years LaserPro experience preferred. * Strong working knowledge of complex commercial loan documentation, including trusts and various loan agreements, letters of credit, and entity documents. * Able to work with various software programs (i.e.: FIS/Horizon, Word, Excel, LaserPro, exception tracking systems, etc.). Report deficiencies in covenant to management and loan officer. * Assists Credit Administration in the review of real estate appraisals and evaluations as necessary prior to loan closings. * Demonstrates proficiency in independently dealing with deadlines, managing workflow, and understanding processes in a timely manner. * Participates in weekly credit committee meetings, presents loan packages to the executive board as necessary to outline strengths/weaknesses in the deal accordingly, responding to inquiries from officers and committee members' questions. * Participates in weekly sales meetings to discuss current workflow and status of credit packages. Develops an understanding of past-due loans, discussion of pending items to note for the upcoming week.
