For the past nine years, Angel has acted as Chief Executive Officer to Coastal Family Health Center. During her tenure, Coastal has grown from 11 sites in 3 counties to 25 sites across 6 counties, and the organization has achieved behavioral health integration in 2013, EHR/EDR implementation in 2014, NCQA Level 3 PCMH recognition is 2016, merger with another health center in 2017, JCAHO accreditation for ambulatory care and behavioral health care in 2019, and increased revenues from $12M to $22M. Prior to her executive role, Angel served in various positions of increasing responsibilities including chief of operations and director of nursing. Ms. Greer is a long standing member of the Community Health Center Association of MS where she currently serves as President. Angel serves on various local councils and remains actively engaged in a variety of community groups. Ms. Greer also enjoys serving others through teaching and mentoring and community service.
