Full-time Description Essential Functions Trains dragon providers on DMO. Troubleshoots, responds to and resolves issues related to documentation via Dragon devices. This will include site visits to multiple facilities, providing system support to physicians. Monitors Open Encounters, In Basket Results and delinquent documentation (including home health). Updates appropriate delinquent spreadsheets and sends to providers In Basket where appropriate. Assists with deceasing and duplicate patient merge process. Creates dismissal letters at provider request and performs certified mail process through to completion. Creates clinic wide dismissal letters per request of Risk Management. Preferred Education and Experience: Completion of a 2-year Associates of Science degree program in criminal justice with 1 to 3 years of working experience in the field of Security Services. Additional Eligibility Qualifications: Attend Basic and Advanced Chiller and Fire Panel reset education with demonstration of learned skillsets within 30 days of employment. Must have basic knowledge of fire extinguisher utilization and/or attend NFPA class. Must possess knowledge of patient transfer and lifting ergonomics or attend educational class within 30 days of employment. Must be willing to attend continuous education classes pertinent to hospitality and patient services. Must have customer service experience. Must have experience interacting with general public. Must have prior safety/security/hospitality experience. Must have basic computer skills or willing to attend educational class. Must have experience handling cash and making bank deposits. Must display calm mannerism in a crisis or difficult situation(s). Must be dependable and maintain an exceptional attendance record. Must be able to stand, walk, or sit for long periods and be able to assist with lifting/transporting patients. Must enjoy working with people and assisting in making them more comfortable. Exhibits strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
