WORKING CONDITIONS * The warehouse is a non-climate-controlled facility. The outside temperature generally reflects the inside temperature with little air circulation. Must be able to work in a warehouse environment with exposure to dust. * Must be able to wear safety glasses, safety vest and any other personal protective equipment as required for the facility/work area (i.e., gloves, safety shoes). POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for tasks in relation to picking customer orders utilizing RF scanner to select, clean, pack and palletize food and accessory pet products. SHIFT DETAILS Evening Shift: Monday thru Friday, 5:00pm - 1:30am STARTING WAGES Evening Shift: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, plus shift premium * Incentive pay up to $200 per week based on productivity & attendance* KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Inspect merchandise to ensure only quality product is used to complete the order. * Meet production, quality, and accuracy levels as established by business unit. QUALIFICATIONS * 1 or more years related warehouse experience, preferred. * Voice picking (Vocollect)/RF scanner experience, preferred. * Ability to count and perform basic math. * Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds, and able to stand and walk for long periods of time. * Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. WORKING CONDITIONS * The warehouse is a non-climate-controlled facility. The outside temperature generally reflects the inside temperature with little air circulation. Must be able to work in a warehouse environment with exposure to dust. * Must be able to wear safety glasses, safety vest and any other personal protective equipment as required for the facility/work area (i.e., gloves, safety shoes).
