A variety of clients who are combative and will not hesitate to assault you or another client. Far too much work load for minimizing burnout rates. Administration will tell you that they are expanding and just to be "patient."
I love my coworkers, they truly make my days bearable with workload and demands from clients!
Fairly easy to talk to, although your given A lot of false promises of promotion and growth through the company.
Increase to a livable wage for all employees and invest in your team, not just profits to line your pockets.
Resume and research the company.
Bare minimum. Front desk staff make 15.00 - 17.00. Case managers don't make much more. But, if you ask for a raise they won't give you growth potential or opportunity.
